what is the best tampon to use if you have never used one before? my body type is petite. i got my first period over a year ago.

there isnt really a "beginners" tampon, however, when you choose a brand make sure you get petite or small sized tampons, as they will be best for your body size.

I would definitely recoment tampax pearl =)
and use the purple ones.. they're really small... perfect for first time use. then after that you can use the regular ones (yellow)
I do recomend this one since they seem to be the easiest to slide in. =)

Well I use the Tampax Pearl light. And I am petite as well. I really like those because there not very big, and you can get good smelling kinds. They are easy to use if you have never used one before, but if you find you have to change it often, you could upgrade to a bigger version. Theres all different kinds, and if your not embarressed you could go into the store and look at the different types! Good luck! :)
