you neeed to get a photobucket account and then copy the second thing down after you upload the picture , its called the tag and then you paste that in your about me

Upload a small picture to a site like tinypic.com or photobucket.com [if you use photbucket they can actually make thumbnails for you].
Then, take that URL and put it in this code [leave the quotes in or it won't work]
<img src="URL HERE">
all there is to it :)

They give a link once you upload it, and you can put it in your heroes or whatever section.
