cleaning products & dizzyness

My whole family is filled with clean freaks. Basically, we are the family with perfectly clean carpets, no dust or mold anywhere. You could eat off the floor.
Anyway, my Mom usually does the cleaning & today she was cleaning the bathrooms with all her cleaning stuff. She got really dizzy & had to sit down & she was crying. I want to help but I have the same symptoms. She had brain surgery last summer so now she's super paranoid about headaches & dizzyness.
My question is how can we prevent this happening in the future? Is there anything we should or should not use?
We mostly use lysol products with bleach [I think] but no actual bleach or chlorine.

weird dreams

i had the weirdest dream ever.. in the dream, like somehow i was at beyonce's birthday party in her big mansion house. poperazzi was outside and i got inside and went to the room with beyonce, kelly, michelle, and B's mom. i thought they'd kick me out, since i didnt know them, but they let me stay. beyonce seemed kinda sad for some reason, and i didnt eat anything on the table.. cause i dunno. it was weird that they let me stay but cool, too. beyonce's house was even near my house. which is weird since i live in a typical suburban house.... so its almost neighbors with a giant mansion? XD anyways, then i went downstairs to their basement, which looked kinda like mine. there was this boy there, whos beyonce's son supposedly. he was the same...

Dog Bath

I have a 5-year old Yellow Lab, and I was wondering if I gave her a bath, would it be okay just to use "people" shampoo? We don't have any dog shampoo in the house, & my dad is too cheap to go out and buy any.
Would she be okay?

15/f. when i look at my stomach from the side i look thin, but then when i look at it straight on i feel wide.
what are some exercises i can do to reduce the size of my sides? besides bicycles which i already do.

I Fear for My Parents' Lives

My Dad - 60
I realize my parents are getting older, and it scares me to no end. My parents haven't smoked for years but they used to, my dad needs knee surgery but won't get it and they both get very little exercise. My mom walks a lot, but my dad really doesn't do anything. Every time we go out, I can't help but worry that something might happen to them.
Everytime I think of something happening to them, which is everyday, I just start crying. I haven't even seen another teenager for the last two weeks because I have been spending everyday with my parents. I take as much time as I can to be with them but it never feels like enough. I like this boy and he is so cute. He is Italian and I am too, so I really want to get to know him but I seem to not be able to talk to him. I could talk to other boys but not him. Even the boys that I like the other years I was able to talk. I guess I want him to come to me. Well, I mean I did talk to him a couple of times because we got partnered up but very small words. Such as: 50ml, no, yes, and small words. When we pick our seats I want to sit next to him but I don't want to. At the begining of the year we started starring at eachoher, it was weird. I'm supposed to go to a lake with my boyfriend this Sunday. Well, tomorrow. There is a huge water slide there, and a bunch of really fun stuff. Problem is, I'm on my period. I got it Wednsday, so I know I'm still going to be on it tomorrow. I don't wear tampons, so please don't suggest that. I heard that if you are in water, your period stops. Is that true?
If I wear a redish bathing suit will it show if it doesn't stop?

I'm a bit freaked out. I've been eating the snack "Dunkaroos" and in one of the packs the frosting area was empty when I opened it and only the cookies were there and in another that was supposed to come with Honey Graham flavored cookies came with chocolate chip cookies. Has anyone ever experienced something like this?
