Shaving/waxing

Okay so this may sound gross or weird, but whatever. i need some advice. first of all, i need to know ways to smoothly shave the pubic area. every time i shave down there, even with a new razor, it isnt very smoothe and it will get bumps. what can i do to get a clean shave? and also i am thinking about waxing my upper lip. i used to bleach it, but it got bright blonde and fuzzy, so if i use those waxing strips that you're supposed to use at home, do you know how fast the hair will grow back, and will it grow back thicker?!?!

Well today my friend found out her father has been shot and died. She isn't sure yet if it was suicide or someone else did it.
I feel like I'm not being a very good friend. Before you start calling me deadbeat friend listen to my story.
For a long time in our friendship she had told me and everyone her father had died on September 11 2001. He was working at the world trade centre. Then she came clean, she was being an attention seeker and that she had never met her father in her life.
And then today she's hysterical about her father's passing and I find out her father was actually in her life. I'm not ignoring her, or snobbing her off. She's in a very vunerable position and that is the wrong thin...

I feel "behind" in everything

So i'm a teenage girl. My only imperfection is being about 30 pounds overweight. (but i'm an hourglass so it's kind of okay) I've only had one boy call me, and the other 2 were basically guys who I had already asked out, so they called me to sort of verify the date.
