I have routine to lose weight(for the future with my gf depends on it)

Blake (15,Sophomore) Umm.. ok here's the story if you saw my post about needing help about needing help with my gf this is attached to it. Ok we're planning on meeting up for college and I am over weight and when i see her for college I want to make her feel special. So I am going to work out and make myself worthy of her more then personality wise at the moment I am 5'9" 248lbs By the time I am 17-18 I should be around 5'11" to 6'0" I have used many things to calculate what I should weigh when I am 5'11" or 6'0" and it is around 170-190lbs

So I am going to do the following to get there Walk on a treadmill 5+ miles a day at least 5 days a week(When football season is not in) cut out as much junk food ...

Help With Tanning

I'm not sure where this question is supposed to go, but it sort of deals with fitness, I guess lol

anyway

I'm wanting to even out my tan, my arms are noticeably darker than my chest and stomach. I'm not allowed to go to a tanning bed, and laying outside isn't really an option either, because I live in an apartment building. However the sun constantly shines through my window during the day. I was wondering if it was possible obtain an even tan from the sunlight through my window, sunlight is sunlight right?

Weight loss and excercise.

Recently I've gained assloads of weight, and I know it's my own fault.
I was just wondering, if I cut down on snacking, no fast foods, and instead eat healthily and replace my school snack with apples or whatever, will I loose weight?
Because for breakfast I usually eat a grapefruit, for lunch I have a small sandwich and coke and then dinner is usually nutritious and healthy anyway, but I tend to snack a lot in between.
So, if I replace my school snacks with fruit and don't snack at home and don't eat fast foods, will I be able to lose weight?
Any other suggestions?

food and working out

ive been having cravings a lot latelyy! for chocolate and what not
but whenver i have some i get set off and end up having A LOTTTT more than i said i would have
anyways, ive been working out a lot lately, cardio and strength training and what not. is it okay to have a "bad food night" once in awhile or will i end up gaining weight? i went 6 days working out and eating verrry well and then i ended up splurging today. will i gain weight tomorow and ruin all my weeks worth of hardwork!???
i had about 10 girlscout cookies, a burger king hamburger and more chocolate. i would say about 1500 calories more than i usually consume.. (usually consume 1500 a day) so today i consumed 3000 calories. i didnt workout today, ...

i cut open my toe and tryouts are tomorrow!

I have cheerleading tryouts this weekend, and our tumbling tryouts are tomorrow. today i was running to my car and scraped my toe on the concrete and it cut open and started bleeding. a bunch of my skin was ripped off. its on like the tip of my toe, right where my cheer shoes push the hardest against! it hurts to walk, so how will i tumble! any suggestions how to make it feel better before tumbling or how to wrap it up?! THANKS!!

your fitness advice please?

Well I'm really skinny and I only eat healthy foods (with candy occasionally) but I've been gaining the pounds recently and it's showing, only through my stomach. I mean, I wouldn't really mind if my whole body got a bit bigger but it's just pushing through my stomach and since I'm skinny, it just looks as if I'm pregnant! (Well not that much but if this keeps up, in the future it will!)

For two years now I've wanted to have a treadmill or an elliptical machine in our house but my dad refuses to buy one so when I decided that when I turn 16, I'll go get a job and hopefully get a gym membership at this popular gym place that a lot of people in my grade go to. Do you think that's a good idea?

129 f, 17.
I'm currently a size 6 in pants size, and I want to be a size 4 by the end of April. Maybe 5-10 pounds would be enough to lose 1-2 sizes? (since some stores pant sizes are in even numbers).

I plan on exercising 5 days a week to achieve this. And to cut out junk food... and bacon.

Is my goal realistic/possible?

losing weight

i need to lose 10 pounds
and i started last week on eating healthy and working out everyday
i have been doing cardio for 40 minutes in the early morning and then later that night. (Turbo Jam Cardio Party mix 1)
after that week i weighed myself and i havent lost any weight im EXACTLY the same when i have REDUCED my calories to about 1400 a day..
i should have lost about a pound or something right?!
am i doing something wrong?

How to lose 50 pounds in 5 months?

I'm like 155 pounds and 5'5". And its hard to get motivation and the time to go out there and run. Cause I want to train for the sports I'm taking next year by becoming more agile and having more endurance. And what can I do to target the problem areas? (from stomach down to ankles). I'm getting a bit chubby on my stomach and my butt is huge! Its one of the things of being black (lol) but still.. what else can I do other than running to lose weight? Like can you give me a work out schedule for the week? cause I dont know how much in the week i should be working out. and what time is the best to work out, and how to eliminate cravings (its probably how i gained a lot of those extra pounds, ugh) and find time inbetween my busy life to do...

I feel like I constantly eat. All day everyday. and I always feel hungry or when im bored Ill eat. I can see the how much my body has changed in the last couple months, and my body discusts me! I want to stop eating so much. I dont eat breakfast (no time to) at lunch i always get nachos a milk and a cookie. Then when I get home from track practice i eat like a ham sandwhich, usually a poptart and lately Ive been drinking diet soda instead of my usual water. How do I get that feeling or always being hungry to go away, I just eat way too much. Thanks

Well, is it true that people who smoke lose weight.... does it stop you from feeling hungry and stuff...? Coz most of my friends who smoke are friggin' skinny...I think I might start smoking for this reason...
