so right now im not in any sports (i usually am) and i have nothing to do after school so i'm really bored and out of boredom, i start snacking on stuff. what can i do to break this habit?

It's a mind over matter thing. Instead of eating maybe you should chew on some gum. It's low in calories and you can get sugar free so it's good for you and your teeth.
