Myrrha answered Sunday March 8 2009, 11:28 pm: ok real easy exercise. Buy a dumbell, like a 10 pound one would be good. Hold it with both your hands, arms straight up towards the ceiling, bend your arms and hold the weight behind your head. Start with the weight behind your head and lift towards the ceiling as far up as you feel comfortable. Do 2 sets of 10 reps to start. As your muscles strengthen, you can work up to more reps per set.
