If you don't have dumbels, I use cans of soup. keep your arms down and even with your shoulders, and slowly stretch them stright out behind you and bob them up and down 3 reps of 10.

ok real easy exercise. Buy a dumbell, like a 10 pound one would be good. Hold it with both your hands, arms straight up towards the ceiling, bend your arms and hold the weight behind your head. Start with the weight behind your head and lift towards the ceiling as far up as you feel comfortable. Do 2 sets of 10 reps to start. As your muscles strengthen, you can work up to more reps per set. It's a simple exercise that works great.
