Help With Tanning

Question Posted Friday March 20 2009, 7:56 pm

I'm not sure where this question is supposed to go, but it sort of deals with fitness, I guess lol

anyway

I'm wanting to even out my tan, my arms are noticeably darker than my chest and stomach. I'm not allowed to go to a tanning bed, and laying outside isn't really an option either, because I live in an apartment building. However the sun constantly shines through my window during the day. I was wondering if it was possible obtain an even tan from the sunlight through my window, sunlight is sunlight right?

if the sunlight will cover you all at once while you lie down then it should give you and even tan
