Alin75 answered Wednesday March 11 2009, 11:34 pm: If its pure weight loss you are after long distance running is the way to go. Weight loss very much comes down to calories in vs calories burned, and long distance running burns a heck of a lot of calories.
Do keep in mind though that if you focus a lot on this you will end up looking more and more like a long distance runner (in terms of body composition, muscle type, etc).
