Cut the fat

I have really intense abs and its easy to see but i have this layer of fat on top that needs to go. so prettty much how should i go about doing this?? I know its more diet than exersizing, but how should my diet be? im only 15, so im new at this... female btw

It is good to eat lots or raw veggies and fruit. If you dont like it, then eat smaller portions, and take a fiber suplement. Stay active. Remember, at 15 your body is still developing, and you need certain fats, and omega fatty oils in your diet. When you get to be a little older, Im sure that baby fat will be easier to takle, and may just go away on its own. I was known as the chunky girl until I was 17. I didnt change my diet it just went away.
