I like walking shorts(longer) and dress trouser shorts with heels - again - LONGER dressy style shorts. But cut-offs and typical jean shorts just looks a bit tacky/wild/sleazy/easy-
Of course, it matters what kind of shirt you are wearing and how much 'cheek' you are showing too.

What kind of shorts do you want to wear with the heels? Like the person below me said, Becareful because you do not want to give the wrong message. You might want to concider plat forms or sandals. Again, It depends on the outfit you had in mind.

I think if you wear those wedges with the yarn or whatever is on the side of them, completely forgot what it's called but i'm sure (or hope) that you know what i'm talking about. Basically as long as they're not red with rhinestones or fur on them then it shouldn't look hookerish.

Shorts and heels can look really cute, but you have to be careful.
Wearing heels with a miniskirt can send the wrong message, right? So it's the same with short shorts.
If you're going to wear shorts and heels, make it bermuda shorts. It looks much classier than the booty short and high heel combo.
