I used to be a huge tom-boy, like all I wore was boy clothes and almost NEVER girl clothes. But now, I want to change. But, I have one problem, I have huge love hanldes. I need some exercises to help make them smaller, and maybe some foods to stay away from. I'm willing to do anything, EXCEPT for liposuction. So, PLEASE don't suggest ANYTHING like that. Thanks.

Could I have mono?

Hey evreyone!.
So i have a werid feeling im gettin mono..
Does it start off feeling like a cold?
Anyways.
What are some things that woudl tell me if i had mono without going ot the doctor (i will if i get worse dont worry)
I'm tired a lot
my throat/ears/head hurts..
& i get on & off stomach aches..
that hurt like crazy at times...
So could you tell me if you have an idea.. I know no ones a docotr here but yea..
PS. I started out the same way sorda last time i got sick btu i wasnt tired and my head wasnt hurting. and the doctor said ic ould possibly have mono exept teh fact im not tired kinda through it off but it turns out ...

i sweat a lot. like A LOT. even when im not hot i sweat. but i mostly sweat on my under arms a lot! how can i prevent this?

Alright, I'm perfectly fine with my weight and everything, its just I have this little bit of fat in the front of my stomach, and I want to make my stomach just flat. And I've been doing crunches and everything, but I want to know if there's anything else I can do? Helppp./

cavities!!

ive only had cavities like, once before but i was really little so i dont remember anything
anyway i have 2cavities in the back of my mouth, on both sides, and i have to get them fixed in a couple weeks
im freaking out! im like really scared cause i dont know what to expect...
if someone could like, walk me thru what happens, or like how much it hurts?...i would appreciate it ALOT, ill rate all advice

Im getting contacts in a couple days (monday) and i was just wondering if anyone can tell me anything about them. IS it hard to put them in? Can they actually like slip down in your eye where you cant get them out? how long can you wear them? What will I have to do when i go to get them? Any tips or anything would be greatly appreciated. yeast infection

i've been having yeast infections lately, my doctor told me to buy the over the counter stuff. so i did and got rid of it. well me and my boyfrind ended up having sex two days after i was done with the medicine ((finished saturday. sex on monday)). in a way i could feel it comin back but i didn't think it was that. wed. me and my boyfriend had sex again. and now i have the yast infection AGAIN! i plan on buying the meds again but i was woundering that bC i had sex in such a short time after i finished the meds is that why it came back again? also how long should i wait to have sex again when i finish there next meds? ((my boyfriends is buy it for me this weekend))

i am really good friends with this family, theres 5 kids. four sister and im friends with all of them the oldest sister is in 10th grade then 2 twins who are in my grade and a younger one whos in 6th [im going into 8th]

anyways so lately the oldest one has told me that she wants to start smoking/pot and stuff
she asked if i would think of her any differently/etc i said no i wouldnt think of her different although i dont think smokings the best thing.
she just messaged me that her and this guy [who i also know, not really friends with or anything] are going to meet up next week and smoke. im not sure if its pot but it might be.
i wasn't exactly invited to go with them...

tampon for school

i don't want to have to change my tampon during school, but i'm afraid of getting TSS. if i left it in all day i would have it in from 6:30-3. that is like 8 1/2 hours. i know that your not suppose to wear it for more than 8 hours, but what are my chances of actually getting TSS if i do this? thanks :]

I'm 15 and i've had my period for about 2 years now maybe a little more & in Late May/Early June I was still a 34A and now I am a 34B.. is it weird to go up a full cup size in just a few months or no? Is it normal? Are they going to keep getting bigger?

Does pro-active really work ? Like the commericals say. Does it really clear you skin up well & prevent later break outs ? If so where can I buy it at a good price ? Because I dont want to order it from TV. Thanks in advance.

I have so much on my plate right now. I'm a junior in high school. I'm constantly thinking/worrying about the SAT, college, my weight [even though I'm thinner than average], my GPA, the graduation test, my first job, my first car, my future career, my friends.. I worry about everything. It's like I have an illness because I can't stop worrying for one minute.
One of my classes really scares me because I'm not good at it. I'm scared to the point that I feel like I'm really cold and my teeth won't stop chattering and my body won't stop shaking, all because of a speech, or a test, etc.
I'm also anorexic. I'm 10-15 pounds lighter than I should be, but half of me is saying "Who cares what the average weight is?...

so today about 20 minutes ago
my left eye started to go all blury
like how when you look at a light for too long and it goes all werid
and i dont know how to stop it or anything!!!
but its fine when im in the dark its just goes like that when i enter light or lighter places
someone help!
im scared im going blind
or that something will happen
i need help!

Strange Lump in my vagina?

I was in the shower today I noticed a small ball, very tiny, a bit smaller then a pea on the egde of my vagina. Its under the skin, but when I push on it I can feel the tiny ball. Its not on my labia, but its right at the begining where the my crotch splits in half on the part where the skin is. ( I hope that makes sense)
Is this serious? Is it some type of cancer? Please help, I'm really scared!
I'm 13, female, not sexually active.
