I used to be a huge tom-boy, like all I wore was boy clothes and almost NEVER girl clothes. But now, I want to change. But, I have one problem, I have huge love hanldes. I need some exercises to help make them smaller, and maybe some foods to stay away from. I'm willing to do anything, EXCEPT for liposuction. So, PLEASE don't suggest ANYTHING like that. Thanks.

You could do sit up/ crunches and stay away from fried foods!!!

Okay, well start off by quit drinking soda. I know I put on extra weight around my wasit jsut by drinking a couple a day. [I know people who have lost 5-10 lbs after a week or two.] Drink plenty of water to clean out your body from chemicals. Try not to stress out too much because I know a lot can cause you to put on weight. Get plenty of rest. To speed up your metabolism - always eat breakfast & try having 4-5 small meals a day as oppose to 3 big ones. Try doing 30 minutes of cardio a day, 4-5 days a week. Ex: Jogging, swimming, any kind of sport, & even something as lame as jump roping; basically anything that gets your heart beating. Of course, watch what you eat - limit your carbs, but don't cut them out! Your body needs them to function. Obviously you'll need to stay away from junk food or atleast cut back dramatically on it. Anddddd.. that's about it. :) ]
