Alright, I'm perfectly fine with my weight and everything, its just I have this little bit of fat in the front of my stomach, and I want to make my stomach just flat. And I've been doing crunches and everything, but I want to know if there's anything else I can do? Helppp./
Volleyball2150 answered Saturday August 19 2006, 7:34 am: in volleyball we do something called "the boat" and its where you lay on your back and lift your legs,back, and arms. but leave your back only on the floor. leave it like that until you can feel it. do about 20 a day or so... then also we do where you lay on the floor and put your hands on your side, spread out, and you lift your legs up high and bring them side to side, horozontally from your waists. but dont put your legs on the floor!! keep them up!
