losing weighhhht

im 15/f and i weight 137 and i amm like 5'3 or 5'2 and i wanna get down to 110-115 ppounds before bathing suit season and i wanna get a flat stomach so if anyone can think of a good diet or w.e thatd be greatt..thankyouuuu !

i want to get abs by this summer. i'm a girl, and i'm 15. is it ok to do about 5 different ab excersises mon-friday about 20 of each..equaling about 100 abw/o's a day? my friend thats a guy says that i should do it every other day to let my muslces rest and stuff...
i need advice
i want a flat stomach by this summer
because i have like a small like..you know
im not fat AT ALL
i just have a little meat from the holidays
i want it flat
help! what to do?!

Hey,sorry if this sounds a little gross
i'm 15/f and its been about a year and six months since i got my period and everythings been good but a few days before christmas i got it but it was kinda brown and not that much i mean i didn't really need a tampon or anything but then basically from christmas for a week it came normal but since about the 29th or so i've been bleeding but just the smallest amouth and its been brown? and then today i put in a tampon just to be safe at school and i bleed quite alot..at least i think..so is this normal to have my period for about two weeks and have a very little blood but the blood being brown??
sorry if its gross but i'm starting to get a little worried and thanks to whom ever answers this it'll help me out a ton!

Is there any POSSIBLE way to get rid of acne scars?! Besides going to a dermatologist. And if you do go to the dermatologist - what can THEY do to get rid of acne scars?

for the past 5 days my stomach has been upset. but over those 5 days ive started throwing up alot using the bathroom alot and getting dizzy also. everytime i stand up to go to the bathroom i feel like im about to fall because i feel so dizzy. my dad says to just drink lots of fluids but that doesnt seem to be helping haha ive been taking pepto-bismol and dayquil and nightquil. any advice on what i can take for my dizzyness (its the dizzyness like when you first get up in the morning and everythings off track)

skin problem

ok so im overweight and right under where my fat is on my stomach theres like this weird skin irritation thats been there for a long time. its reddened but towards the center it gets lighter, its along a broad part of my stomach and sometimes it hurts to touch. anyone know what the hell is up with this and how i make it stop hurting?
please, serious answers (preferably no "go to a doctor")

okay.female here.
well i`m 17 almost 18.
i`m short like 5 foot or 5'1 who knows really alot of people think 4'11 but i honestly don`t know.
well my current weight that i know of it 118.
pants size is usaully 3-5 i porbably should wear a 4 but those suckers are hard to find.
i`m not completely unhappy with my body just my stomach.
&& i want to lose a few pound to make that stomach look better.
i have love handles thats my main thing i hate.
people say i should not lose weight because of my breast. they are a 38 d.
so i want some ideas on wat you think i should do.
i have an ab louge would that be good.??
& i love food so yes that would be hard to be real strict.

my friend is like average sized not fat not skinny but right in the middle and her mom keeps tellin her dat shes gettin fat cause she don't wear a small in juniors anymore and shes startin to believe it and is thinkin of becomin anorexic jus so she can fit a small in juniors again so can you give me some advice to give her?PLEASE and THANK YOU

okay well i started my period 2 days ago on new years eve and it has been pretty heavy but i am sooooo itchy [down there] and i dont know if that is normal but i can't stand and i am scared to go back to school have to scratch all the time :\ and is it bad if the blood gets on the place where you pee out of?
and how long do 1st periods start?

so the week before christmas i made a discovery. at the very end of my vagina, in my upper, backker thigh there is some sort of bump, not outside but inside. it feels like a hard ball or something and its not acne that i know of because if i squeeze it really hard to 'pop' it than the ball just gets closer to the surface.
please don't write 'go see a doctor' because honestly i could give myself that adcvice and i'm scared out of my mind.

ingrown hair - for girls

this is going to sound crazy, but i tried to use tweezers to pluck a few hairs on my breast. it looks like one of them became an ingrown hair...except it's almost like you can see a long piece of hair, under my skin. it almost looks like someone drew a pencil mark (a line on me). it's raised a little one one end. what is this & HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?! 17/f

Salivation

I produce quite a bit of saliva. It'll pool up in the front of my mouth and when sometimes I'm talking or not really paying attention, I'll salivate all over the place (on accident of course). I've never been diagnosed with anything that would make me overproduce saliva. I've had orthodontic treatment with braces and a palatal widening device but that was well over two years ago. I now have a permanent retainer that is a small wire behind six teeth. I also have a removable Hawley retainer that I only wear a few nights a week. What could be making me produce so much saliva?

im 15 i have the worst periods ever , my cramps are horrible , i always come home from school there so bad,i was wondering aabout birthcontrol, doesnt birth control limit your periods and help cramps? can you take birthcontrol even if you dont have sex?

skin problems

I have acne on mostly on my forehead but a little on the rest of my face. It is so annoying and I would be so much prettier without it so I would really like it to clear up. My skin peels when I use too much acne medication, its peeling a little now. What do I use so that my skin will pretty much immediately or soon stop peeling and what really helps acne without drying my face? Thanks for any help.

i get head aches alot. right near my sinuses. but my mom wants to get an xray of my brain for some reason. would they we able to tell i smoke weed? because i lose brain cells?
