Using cold water will give you goosebumps and may cause razor burn from the razor cutting too close to the goosebumps. Hope this helps. ♥ [ xostarbrightbaby's advice column | Ask xostarbrightbaby A Question ]
vermillion26 answered Wednesday January 3 2007, 12:24 am: I would use warm water, it tends to make the hair and skin softer and less susceptible to irritation. If you are going to shave, i would suggest some sort of shaving cream, it helps to prevent irritation, also.
