warm water.
cold water will most likely cause goosebumps && make you cut yourself or bleed.
it will be very rough to.
maybe afterwards put non scented lotion to mkae it even softer. =) && i found shaving with conditionor to help to.

Warm water. It opens the hair pores more, making the hair softer. Using cold water will give you goosebumps and may cause razor burn from the razor cutting too close to the goosebumps. Hope this helps. ♥

I would use warm water, it tends to make the hair and skin softer and less susceptible to irritation. If you are going to shave, i would suggest some sort of shaving cream, it helps to prevent irritation, also.

Use warm water. Preferrably, you should soak in a tub. It will make the hair a little less 'wiry' and easier to cut. You can shave in the tub, under the water, easily. I would also use Skintastic or some other female shaving cream.
