weight loss needed for medical reasons

I need help losing weight at a good, healthy pace.
Recently, I was diagnosed with PCOS and I read that losing weight could help with the negative symptoms (i.e. diabetes, acne, infertility).
I have don't have any motivation besides that since the whole thing depresses me.
Can anyone think of a good workout plan for me please? I really need this. <3

okay..um...we talk on MSN and myspace and I see him like every other day.
1. whenever I put up new pictures on myspace...he compliments me...but he doesn't comment them on myspace, he just sends me messages telling me how pretty the pictures are.
2. He tells me I'm hot and pretty and whatever
And here's the biggest "creeping out" factor :
yesterday, he told me that my pictures make him masturbate. WTF. and then it's like

I absolutely hate when people touch me. Like, just hugging...I get all weird about it. I hate when my own dad touches me...like slaps my butt playfully. I start getting really scared like he's going to rape me or something. (I don't know why) I'm really insecure about it...and I'm worried that I may never get a boyfriend because of it. When guys put their hands around me...I get FREAKED out...I get all jumpy and start squealing if they poke me or something. I just hate it......I get a wrong feeling from me.
What can I do to change this and is this normal?

Ok, well i am sorry in advance if this is long, or confusing, but my mind is really jumbled now, so stay with me. My girl friend and guy friend were over my house. I like the guy friend. UCAS- Tariff Points

Do you gain Tariff points ONLY through your A-Level grades (and single AS grades)...or is there another way of gaining them?
I have a table explaining how many points each Grade is worth, like an A is 120 points, but i was just wondering if there are any other ways of getting them too?

overly aggressive dog could be a threat

about 4 years ago, i got a dog for my birthday. a chihuahua. a male.
it was really nice as a puppy and everything was fine. now, he's a fucking retarded aggressive shit.
he bites me and barks at me for no fucking reason, at MY house. IN MY FUCKING HOUSE. I can't even go in my room without it barking at me.
it doesn't bark at my mom and my dad and my sister. but it bites and hurts and scratches me whenever I pass by.
we can't even touch it without it growling. it just does NOT let you touch it. and ITS SO SMALL! and the worst part, is that this insignificant little piece of shit has to have a MUZZLE on whenever we take it to the vet! It's fucking WILD

I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 18, we've been together a year and a half.
The other day when we were at the mall I saw this really pretty ring and told my boyfriend I really liked it. Later on he asked me what I wanted for christmas and I told him I wanted that ring.
Last night he called me and said, "Is there anything else I can get you other than that ring, because I don't really feel comfortable giving a ring to you" I was really surprised, he said he didn't think it was a good idea because "rings usually mean something else."

Well i just got a Samsun Sync Just last night and then it fell in the toilet just last night. I took it apart and made sure there was no water in it and i even put it in rice. But its not fixed, when ever i put the battery back in it just vibrates then dies. Does anyone have a samsun phone or sync and have it fall in water? Did it survive? =(???

I logged in to PTT (Push TO Talk) on my phone cause I was curious, i didn't actually want to use it. and now there's this blue dot on my phone and it won't go away! I know it means that I'm not logged in but how do I get rid of it? it's quite annoying.
