Frank Sinatra CD

I am looking for a CD that has Frank Sinatra singing "Somewhere beyond the sea" on it. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any kind of greatest hits or such album will be fine. Thanks for all help.

Weight loss over 51

I am a 51 year old female. I worked out at the gym 5 days a week. 20-25 minutes anerobic excercise followed by 30-45 minutes of aerobic. I eat very healthy making most of my own meals and rarely go out to eat. I don't eat fast food at all. I had a hysterctormy in 1997 and I'm not on hormone therapy. I drink tons of water. I have only lost about 5 pounds since starting my workout regimen over a year ago. I am 5'5" and 190 lbs. I can press 400lbs with my legs, squat 200, back row 120, 130 on triceps, about 60-75 lbs on bicep curls. For my age and the amount of weight that I am lifting should I expect a greater weight loss or are my expectations too high?

i have a HUGE problem with binging on food. i eat tons and tons at a time until i feel sick. how do i stop myself from doing this? i am trying to lose 10 pounds and could easily do it but this binging gets in the way..

Winter wonderland

So my family's going on a vacation in winter. We're from Barbados which doesn't have snow or any relly cold areas. The coldest it gets is about 25 degrees celcius maximum. So we're leaving in a while (few days) and I have no idea how i'm goin to stay warm to reach New York. Tell me how to dress to go to the airport please? how many layers of clothes will i need???????

Jay and i have been together for 2 weeks and a day and he told me he "loved" me and "cared about me more than anyone" and i asked him why...and he wouldnt answer because he thought that i'd call him "corny". i told him i didnt care and he still wouldnt tell me. my last boyfriend told me he loved me and i believed him. and i let myself fall in love with him and he swore he'd never hurt me. and he broke it off in less than 3 months. and it hurt me like crazy. and i told myself i wouldnt go out with a boy until im ready, but im such a pushover, and thats why im with jay. and truthfully, im still not over my last relationship. not in the least bit. and i most definetely dont wanna get hurt again. but i cant ever pi...

Theres this boy ive known for about a year now. You could say we're really good friends almost best friends. Thing is i like him and people say that they think he likes me too just cause of the way he acts but i dont know! Like he always smiles at me and ill catch him starin at me sometimes and yesterday at school he kept tellin' this boy "get the blonde girl" and when i turn around he'd just look at me nd smile. Then he wrote on my binder "devon was here lol!" and he said there that way you can think of me when your walking to class. And on the weekends he asks if im going to hang out with him and i did and he told me to come back at 830 and to make sure i did and i did but he wasn't home. What do you guys think given ...

So about 3 weeks ago i met a guy through a friend and i guess we both liked eachother from the first time we saw eachother... so 2 weeks ago i went to a club and saw him there but nothing really happened between us all we did was speak he told me he liked me and wanted to get to know me.. alhtough i did want to go further i really liked the guy and decided to wait. Why do I hurt who I love the most?

In 3 days I will have been with my boyfriend for 7 months, so its semi-serious.
Yes I do love him, with all my heart,and no I couldnt imagine life without him.
I see him every evening for a few hours.
My problem is that I just cant stop shouting at him, or losing my temper, even when he hasnt done a thing wrong I find I will get in the car in a bad mood for no reason..all of these things I have no reason to do...
There is a few things which he needs to not ''change'' but flex a little with to suit my needs as well as his, so does everyone in a relationship.

Christmas presents?

I've been invited to a Christmas family gathering by my boyfriends family. It's a family affair, i.e. his whole extended family is attending. It's not a gift-giving thing, but I'm wondering whether I should buy some presents for his family, i.e. he has some really young brothers and sisters (6, 11, and 17). Would it be the done thing to buy them a present each? We've only been together 2 months. I don't want it to be weird or anything.

Hello everyone. My boyfriend is out of town working right now, and I was going to bake something with him when he gets back. He comes back on Friday or Saturday. I'm wanting to know if any of you have ever made anything with someone, and what it was. Or if you know of any really good websites, that'd be great! I'm wanting to make some type of dessert, but I'm not sure what yet. I was going to look right now for some websites, and look at random foods. I'm wanting something that doesn't take too long to make, and something that you don't need tons of ingredients for. I'm using facebook and i love it.. i want to add my songs(which i've sung) on my profile page... i got the songs uploaded to the net and i have the embed links.... how do i add the embed links i got ,to my profile???? is there a specific application in facebook for that???
I tried pasting the "embed link" in the about me section but its not working
