Acne

Question Posted Tuesday December 11 2007, 5:55 am

What is the best face wash to get rid of acne that isn't a set? Nothing like proactive...just a regular facewash I could get at a grocery store.

you need to try different things... everyones skin is different and if you try a product you need to wait at leastt a couple of months to see if it works.

Women's Adidas BODY wash...Aloe Vera...Clear bottle.

I know it's body wash but it's for sensative skin and it's helped me SOOO much.

It even helps back acne and chest acne and crap.

(face wash: orange bottle, "clean & clear" morning scrub or something..it's very noticeable cause it's bright orange)

I highly recommend the Biore warming anti-blackhead cream cleanser. I know it says it's for blackheads, but it works really well. and if you want to, you could try and put some astringent on afterwards [:

LM answered Tuesday December 11 2007, 1:52 pm:
Best one I've used from a grocery store: Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash
(comes in a pump bottle or squeeze container; use the cream formula if you have really dry skin)

Best fron a dermatologist: benzoyl peroxide 4% (it'a generic)

There is a face wash called "snap" and it is wonderful. It has many natural ingredients, tea-green being one of them.

..You should invest in Proactiv!! Think of all the money you spend in buying facewash at a grocery store. You probably could have paid for a months supply of Proactiv! It works wonders!
