What program do you use to convert .m4a files to .mp3s? I am looking for freeware that is not harmful to the computer, so if anyone already knows of something they use, not just randomly pasting links, that'd be great.

I am a 16 yr old female
i have pulled [kissed] bfore - once with a close friend - and then the other tim ei was really drunk - i do not really remember how to do it well - i am scared of having a boyfriend or getting close to boys at the moment because i am scared they want something from me - i want to do stuff i really do but i am scared i will do it wrong or they won't like my body, how can i make sure i am kissing them correctly, and how can i be more confident and want to do more htings and not be scared, how can i make sure i do these things correctly?
please help me i really need some good advice

ok well theres this guy in my school and i dont have any classes with him but it seems like i see him every where i go.! like if im in the hallway walking i just look over and hes walking right htere.! he is soooo cute but i dont think i want to talk to him b.c i dont want to seem weird to him.! and i most of the time when i look over and see him im pretty sure hes looking at me 2. but idk if hes realli looking at me or not..??.. help/

i just had a poptart today. and after eating it, i was on the verge of tears..i was SO worried about how fat I would get. i started FREAKING out and crying over the 400 calories...i dunno why. i'm really lost when i'm around food. i tell myself, NO don't eat that, it'll make you fat. but sometimes i still do eat it, and i drive myself nuts over it. sometimes, i could starve for an entire day. and sometimes, i eat something, feel guilty about it, and after chewing it, i spit it out. food just drives me insane. i can't eat anything without worrying. i don't even EAT AFTER SIX. Why am I so worried? I move and I exercise but...I can't stop worrying about gaining weight.
I'm 5'6 and 140 pounds. normal/average-sized.
should I stop worrying? =(

i have cox internet, but i can use it because my computer says tat it has limited or no connectivity. i only got the router thing they didnt give me a modem are they suppoesed to? and how do i fix my internet all the cables are connected

Ok me and my ex have been broken up for about a month and a week. Her bestfreind who is a guy told me, that I need to prove things to her. Before this i told her i would lay off but i need her! How can i show her I "love" her? And me and my best freind jake are in a big fight and me and him have been freind since grade 5 and him and her have been texting and went to lunch togethere with my othere frein cody. Jake is making a big fucking deal over nothin! and wont even let me talk to him! And i think jake likes her, but how can i prove to her that i love her? cause i know that is what its going to take!

nose/eye/crap!

So i read a website on how to decide where to part you hair. and it said you can tell by [1] if your nose is angled/leans to the right, part it on the left and vice versa [2] part your hair on the opposite side of your "pretty eye." okay so.. my pretty eye is on the right, but my nose leans to the left. according to #1 i should part it on the left, but according to #2 i should part it on the right. so do i go by eye or nose? its like. when i part it on the right, my pretty eye is showing, but my nose is like ew! so if you look at me from center or left, im pretty. BUT if i part it on the left, my eye is ugh. idk! help? hahaha.

So, i broke up with jay a while ago...and he got really upset about it. the night before i dumped him, we got into an argument because he was ignoring me, and thats not cool. so eventually the conflict ended, but he was still texting me because he "wanted" to. but i was still really pissed off. he asked why, and i said "why do you care?" and he sends me a text saying "oh, come on dont be like that" and i said "like what?" and he says "im not even gonna say it." and i said "like a jerk?" and he says "maybe" and i dont remember what i say, but he sends me a text saying that he was kidding and i send one back saying "no your not" and he quit texting me after that. ...

well im about 15 now and my friends all they talk about is their mushroom tip. I honestly dont know what a mushroom tip is or what it does. so i went home and google searched a mushroom tip and i guess it is the tip of your penis? yeah thats kinda weird cause i guess i dont have one. All that is there is just skin and theres no development of a "mushroom tip" if you want to call it that. So i asked my mom why dont i have a mushroom tip she said cause im uncircumsized and i guess that means i have foreskin. Please help me figure out whats going on, oh yeah i showed my friend the whole deal and he said i had a chode, Whats a chode?

Hello I'm a 13 year old female in a bit of a dilemma.
I get singing lessons and is pretty good at singing now but now I want to take up martial arts. But the thing is I can't do both because my dad can't afford both. I really like singing but I also want to learn how to fight.
Which should I pick? If martial arts which type e.g. karate, judo etc.
