I really like him, but I am really good friends with his sister. and I know if I tell her. I think she will think i am using her for her brother. which is not true. I am just confussed :\

nose bleed

i started taking birth control pill last month and this is my 2nd month, but i notice that i'm getting nose bleeds often, could that be one of the side effects? should i stop taking them?

Boarding school

I'm 15 and a sophomore girl. I am thinking of going to like a boarding school next year if my parents would let me. I hate my mom and i really want a new start in getting friends and stuff. My first question is is it worth it? I would miss my pets and some family and my friends. But I can't stand my mom and I want a new start- badly. I also want to try living on my own. And if you have been to boarding school how was it? Or if you know someone who went, how was it? My second question is what are some good ones? I live in PA, near philly. I dont really care where it is, even though, I'd prefer to be closer to home. I want a good school that looks good for colleges and has good kids.

We're changing classes in a few days and one of my classes is gym(ugh!) my question is though do i go to the gym or the classroom number? or is that the number for the gym? I know you guys probably dont know, but anythign will help!

Child Abuse?

I'm a girl and I'm 15. My mom has always hit me when I did something wrong. She stopped when i was like 12 to this year. Now shes starting again. And its for stupid stuff like me forgetting to put my pajamas in the hamper and then me talking "fresh" to her because shes yelling at me for a stupid reason. I don't have an attitude utill she yells at me. Then I do. And then sometimes i get hit. One time when I was 11 she hit me with a cat litterbox. Just a few weeks ago she punched me in the back of the head repeatedly. It was hard enough to hurt and leave a bump. Then the same like 5 minutes she was about to punch my face, then i answered the ringing phone so she stopped. I could defend myself. But if I do, i'll get punished. And bec...

leggings & shirts

i know its in style to wear long shirts with leggings. but what about shorter shirts? like not too shirt, they cover the front, but you can see a little bit of your butt on the back, but of course the leggings cover your butt. is that considered "hoe-ish" or is it in style. sorry its hard to explain haha

sorry i dont know if you major in this kinda stuff or not...but i need advice and quick!! this guy was adopted into my family with his brother...well this guy is now my cousin and he has a thing for me...matter of fact he made that pretty clear over the summer...it was disgusting...but anyways...he came over yesterday and i stayed in my room...i was scared..cause he is so much bigger than me,,and im sure his brother scott wouldnt let him do anything to me...but yesterday he got my number from my grandpa and he has cingular like me so he can call constantly and it not cost nothing...he has called me like 5 times now...i have one friend jt..he is like my brother...and yesterday i told him what happened and i started to cry...i know it sounds ...

okay, so this may end up being a tad bit long, but bear with me pleasee :]
ok, so there is this kid at school, and i dont exactly "like him" pursay, but i think i might be starting to.

If someone bugged your phone, and listening to everything you say, is that illegal? and could someone get a radio thing where you can type in your number, and listen to everything you are saying..is that illegal, and could you get caught? could the person on the phone know it was being bugged?

My skin looks like it's chapped, why is it doing this? It usually happens when I get out of the shower, and after putting on my make-up.
Should I put lotion on before applying make-up? Please help, it's really embarrasing!

alright so i like this guy james and were in a couple classes together and during our math class like ill look over at him and he'll be looking at me and he looks away really fast and we always just end up staring at each other and looking away haha, but then in another class like i walked into the room and his friend gordan tapped his shoulder and looked at me and james hit him and looked at me and then looked away.. weve talked a couple times but i dont know how to approach him and ask if he likes me? my friends say it seems like it but i dont know.. i have his s/n and i was thinking of just IMing him but we dont talk so i dont know what to say? do you think he might like me? what should i say to him or how should i find out if he does be...

How do I not let it get to me?

Alright. Very long story short--a girl that has been one of my best friends for about a year has turned extremely sour towards me. I've tried very hard to rectify the situation. It's not going to get fixed. I've accepted this. I'm not looking for advice on how to fix it.
Here's my problem: Not only do we go to a tiny boarding school in the middle of nowhere and live in the same building together, we share one of our really good friends. (In fact, it used to be that the three of us were really good friends.) We'll call the sour friend "Sarah" and the mutual friend "Anna".
Anna and I are roomates. Sarah does this thing where she'll come into the room and start chatting amicably with Anna and...
