I feel like a MAN! I tried wearing a v-neck top but i couldn't could you could see hair at the V section!

yep, it's normal to have hair everywhere. most people's random body hair is blonde though. i wouldn't advise shaving it off- you could try bleaching. in all actuality though, it doesn't sound that noticeable, especially since everybody has it. and i doubt that people would notice or even say anything about it. get some of that moustache bleaching stuff and see how it works.

the thing is that some people have such light hair you can barely tell while other have it darker

It's normal to have hair all over your body. Some hair is darker than others. Even I have some hair there but it doesn't make you look like a man at all. You won't grow a hairy chest like them. i doubt anyone could see that you have hair there. Since you are so aware of your body and it's detail.. you are up that close.. I don't think anyone will lean over closely and stare inbetween there pointing out hairs.
I'm sure if you wear a shirt and ask someone how do you look in the chest area.. No one would get it.
It's almost like coverup. The good kind, you have to look super close to see that someone is wearing it. So unless someone is weird enough to get a few inches away from your chest, don't worry about it. A lot of people have darker hair down their belly but no one points it out. If anything, someone would point out a freckle.
