Ipod

I have a 30g Ipod and i have 1,500 songs on it right now with about 12 movies or so. My computer crashed, and we had to delete all of my songs/movies from my computer. Now I have Itunes, but my movies/old songs are not on there. Is there a way i can just plug my Ipod in my computer and the new songs will transfer to it, without my old stuff getting deleted!?

Protien shakes

I have a local GNC near my school and i was wondering what one would recomend for a highschool football player in the sense of protien shakes. I was thinking cell-tech but after some research and seeing the price i decided to forget that idea. I don't want any creatine or drugs, i want something with protien, vitamins, and that works. any ideas?

For my 14th birthday party i have no idea what to do. its on january 19th.. that will be the day of the party as well since its a saturday. i cant invite too many people either cause im sure my parents would say no and all the food costs and keeping everyone entertained will be hard. ok so i wanna invite like 6-7 girls.
what are really cute ways to make invitations cheaply and creatively awesome? give me sites with ideas or your ideas. and.. for the party idk what will keep guests entertained.. my parents dont like sleepovers so it probably wont happen especially with like 7 other girls.. yea and what time should the party/gettogether start and end..

I'm a lesbian, and as a big prank for my first college bout I cut my hair to look like a boy and I plan on going to campus monday as a male. I searched the web to find some good sites on advice to look more like a man but came up with nothing but stuff for men to look like women.
