B.O. stands for Body Odor.
You will know if you have body odor, when your sweating, and you just smell something very weird. It kinda stings your nose a bit. But everyones B.O. is different. If you notice when guys are sweating, they tend to smell VERY BAD. Thats cause of their body odor.

Well obviously B.O. is Body Odor. And when you have body odor, you smell. So you know that you have body odor when you don't smell really nice, like if you smell like sweat or armpits and stuff like that.

Sniff your underarms. You will smell either a very faint odor or a strong odor, depending on whether you're wearing deodorant or not.

If you are alive, then you have some kind of body odor if you do not wash often enough.
Of course if you are dead, then there is also an odor to contend with.
To sum up: If you are either:
a) Alive
..or:
B) Dead
You have B.O. :-)
