Bleeding from sex.. again??!?

(17/f) Ok, so I lost my virginity in 2006, and I've been with two guys sexually total. The guy I'm dating now and I have had sex a total of 3 times since we've been together. Well, last night we had sex and afterwards we noticed I was bleeding a little from my vagina. It looked like spotting, but I had my period about a week and a half ago. It stopped after a few minutes but now I'm kinda sore down there.
I know I didn't pop my "cherry" cuz I bled when I lost my virginity. So what could it be? It was embarassing and I'm afraid it'll happen again.
If it helps any, I've never had unprotected sex, and we didn't do much last night that was different or new.

Valentine's Day bags

Okay so every year I make little Valentine's Day treat bags for all my friends (girls and guys). I usually put a little nametag so each one is personalized, some Dove chocolate and Hershey's kisses.
I need some ideas of more candy/ chocolate I could put in my bags or maybe something else that's fun. Something like cupcakes but that wouldn't take as long.
I also would like some cute ideas for the mini cards I make.

Fingering && period

ok well i was fingered for the first time last weekend and it hurt like a mother and well 2 days later i started my period a week early but eh that didnt bother me much but it "ended" 3 days later like usual but then i was fingered and it started up for another day and then i waited a day and saw my bf again today and he fingered me and its going again but only a little bit WHY? is it normal? cuz its annoying the crap out of me

my thighs are alright...but i want to get rid of the fat on the upper, inner thigh, and i want to get the bump in the front a little reduced..ive tried pilates, and i know it says that it makes your body lean, but lots of adults i know that do pilates their thighs are always really muscular, i dont want really muscular...so excercises please for inner and front of thighs!

Our Sweetheart dance is February 1st. Is the dance typically Sadie Hawkins style [girls ask guys], or does it not really matter? Or is it different for different schools? I am thinking of asking my guy friend to go since I dont think that he really has anyone else in mind [I am typically the only girl that he talks to]. Would that be weird? summer volunteer abroad programs

what are some good teen summer programs where you can volunteer abroad? Im looking for something that will be fun, with a group of 20 or more other teens, co ed. Something where theres a decent amount of freedom and maybe where you can go out at night with the other people youre with.
I want something from a personal recommendation. Something you've done, not just read about.

ok well im doing an project for my english class and it was to find a song i could relate to or something along them lines and i chose Somebody's hero by-Jamie O'Neal
i was wondering if it would work because i love my mom so much and she doesnt think she is much and we have a huge bond together and i tell her almost everything even tho everyone thinks she is lazy and fat but she's not she is maybe 40 pounds over weight and im helping her diet and she is the most amazing mom ever even tho she really worries about me and having a bf.

both me and my fiancé have bad knees from old high school sport injuries. they're good some days and horrible other days, both right knees are the worst. what positions for sex are best that put the least amount of pressure on your knees.

I have a this B.F.F um lets just say her name was Yhauns and um almost every single year she JUST has to play up on me and dose not want to talk to me,be around me,have any thing to do with me,be my friend

Its like SHE has a problem with me being my self.The 1st time this happen to our friend ship was when i was a year 7 starting intermediate she was at primary and was a year 6. I was a year older but that did not stop us from being B.F.F's

my best friend killed himself 4 months ago. ive been literally a mess ever since. My mind is fucked up. I get soooooo sad if the littlest thing happens, and i am in a relationship right now. we've been togetehr for 5 months. he's been there for me a lot. he goes out and parties a lot, and he tries to fightwith other guys a lot.. whenever something happens, my body starts to shake incredibly, like i get the chills.. ive lost a lot of feelings in myself, like i am not ticklish anymore, have no appetite for food, every second of the day even when things are giong good i just want to die.
