why is it that all the ratings and feedbacks form a month ago don't count? because i used to have a lot but now they are not being counted anymore

Basically, for a clean slate- because if you got a 1 or 2, you dont want that in your average forever.

because thats the way the site works, only the most recent month counts, to encourage activity, and to allow oppurtunity for a bad streak to drop off.
