Has anyone ever seen this workout where you lay on your stomach and lift your arms out infront of you and lift your legs up at the same time?
Does anyone know the name of it and what areas it targets? I know it targets your butt but is it for your back also or no?

Prom is coming up in a few months!
I figured since I have, what seems to be, a pretty good idea, that I should ask this early to avoid any last minute rushing.
I would like a really big prom dress; but I don't want the hassel of dancing a whole pooof length away from my date.
Are there any stores that make big poofy prom dresses, with a re-movable poof? Like maybe it is a nice dress with a detachable poofskirt?

Weight loss with not much equipment.

Okay, so I know there is literally no "easy" way to lose weight and I understand this.
However, I need to know. How is the easiest way to lose weight? When I say easy I mean in a lot of 'areas' e.g. when you don't have a lot of equipment (I don't even have stairs to do cardio on, but I do have a lot of steep hills around my area)
Also, how many times a week should I do the work out and for how long?
Once again I understand it's not easy to lose weight and if the easiest way is like, sit ups thats okay!! also, it's for mostly stomach fat which will be hard I understand, but a good leg and thigh work out would be good too.

Oily Hair

Okay, so theres this huge chunk of my hair that is oily straight after I've washed it, and I have no idea why.
At first I thought it was the way my hair was drying. But even if I naturally dry it, or blowdry it it's always the same part that's oily.
Even if it comes out oily, and I rewash it especially focusing on these oily parts, it still comes out oily.
I've tried so many things. Different shampoos, blow drying it, naturally drying it, using my wet 2 straight hair straightener, using no conditioner, using conditioner, focusing on the oily parts but it just doesn't help!
It's annoying that I can never wear my hair down anymore, and that's when I look the best :(

OK so I liked this guy for a longer period of time than I have ever liked anyone and I know it's not a big deal because I am young and all but ever since I got over him I am being hit on my alot of older guys and I am doing all kinds of crazy stuff (nothing illegal) just immmoral in my eyes. I asked another question that elaborates on this. SO am I doing this because I need to prove to myself I am over him or do I have an attention problem?

OK, so I am young and all and I have started hooking up with highschool guys like every weekend and I flirt with everyone and I can't like help myself. I went to the movies and before I knew it i was giving this guy a blow job...who I had never met and I am in like a crisis right now cus I AM BEING A SLUT and I'm scared but the guys I have "hung out with" know i am a virgin and promised not to take it from me but I know I shouldn't trust highschool horndogs and I am afraid of being raped. There's a guy that I'm growing 'attached' to, and we talk in the halls, joke around, around each other all the time, ect. I asked one of the StuCo people whether the dance was sadie hawkins style, or traditional [boys ask girls]. They said it could be both. Would it be weird if I asked this guy to go to the dance with me [I plan on bringing it up casually, obviously not gonna make a big deal out of it.] I asked one of my other guy friends whether they thought it would be weird, and they said that it wouldn't be..

Looking for a prom dress!

I have had a bit of a challenge finding a prom dress... I want an empire waist one that is floor length, and is fairly modest, like short sleeves and a higher neckline. My proportions are 34", 27.5", 34.5". The center front length is about 38.5" Anyone that could send me a pic or a link would be the hero of the year!

theres this guy im just getting to know, we talk alot online, and we went 2 a movie together with some friends the other night. i kinda like him, but the problem is i have NO idea like what to say to him! i know this sounds really naive, but ive had many BFs before, but for some reason im getting tounge tied around him, and none of the others? maybe its because hes like insanley good looking lol. but can someone help, any idea!? im going 2 be seeing alot more of him now, what should i do??

So i have this guy friend and two days ago he asked me if i wanted to hang out after school. I thought he meant with him and some friends so i said sure but it turned out he just meant me and him. i didn't think too much about it at the time because we were good friends. so we went to the movies and he insisted on paying even though i offered to pay for myself. afterwards though i started thinking about it and got confused. it was the first time we hung out out of school alone. does it sound like he is interested in me as more than a friend and he meant ''hang out'' as "go out"?
