Why would you want to? That is a bit like asking 'How do I become a vicious bitch who treats people poorly?'

Really, its quite simple:
Demand everything, your way, when you want it, all the time.
Ignore other people's feelings, timelines and needs.
Treat people cruelly for your own pleasure and entertainment. Gossip about them and hate them when they no longer entertain you.

um okay...i dont see why you would want to be high maintenance...but im not here to question you...sooooo:
you need to have some attitude
you are the type of person that does not like to do anything for themselves.
they are like those prissy girls in science class that wont touch any chemicals or gross things because they dont want to. So you do it for them instead.
having everyone do stuff for you, instead of doing it yourself.

well I don't know why you'd want to be high maintenance. It's not exactly a good thing. people consider me high maintenance and I hate being called that. People really look down on me for it. It's where you can only have the best, the best clothes, the best food, the best shoes...everything and you'll do anything to get it. You better hope you have a lot of money...and hollister and stuff thats not high maintenance. Try wearing nothing but Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors. You can only have the finest things in life. It's not something you should want to be. Guys don't really like high maintenance girls because they cost a lot of money. A lot of people don't like to be friends with them because they only want to go to expensive places. It's a tough and disappointing life to live...but if you have thousands of dollars to blow on clothes and manicures then have fun.

Why in the world would you want to be high maintenance? It is probably one of the most annoying things in the world; and I would re ocnsider wanting to become high maintenance. Many dont like it.

But anyways: Demand things- such as latte's, manicures, etc.
Wear expensive clothing- such as Hollister, Abercrombie, etc.
Demand more things
Thats basically it.
