Loosing Weight

Okie, so heres the deal im 94lbs right now, a week ago i was 99lbs and my mom got really piss off at me for being 99lbs i WAS!! 90lbs and im not suppose to get ovr weigh past 90lbs, and im trying really hard to loose weight and im not sure how to do so,...and PLEASE do not write to me and say im under weight, cause i know, but i feel fat and stuff and all i need to know is how to loose weight, i excerise every day, run 4miles everyday i do pull ups push up abs workout everytime, it's jus im not loosing fast enough i wanna loose faster, i know there is a way because when i gain 3lbs i loose 5lbs, and i need to loose more to be 88-90lbs quick! sooo pleaseee help me. please and thank you

Why do girls use the word Love so much?

When i was little, [before school, and maybe around kindergarten and first], i used to be like <b>Best friends</b> with this guy named "Bob" okay. Well me and "Bob" lost communication after that, grew up, and now realize that we were like best friends. "Bob" is really nice, he is a sweetheart <3. I know tanning at a salon is bad for your skin, but I was thinking about doing it just for formal. I don't tan easily and I mainly freckle in the sun, does that mean I'll have the same results in a tanning bed? Am I going to get more freckles?

is it weird for a 10 year old girl to be so interested in biolagy and health because my sister is 10 and she is a huge tomboy and all she does on the computer is look up stuff about brain surgery and other stuff that has long names and is hard to pronounce is that weird should i be worried for any reason i mean she is always talking like a retierd doctor all sientificly or whatever is that weird for a girl her age thanks in advance to whoever takes there time to read this PPPPEEEAACCEEE

tomorrow I have my first date with this guy ive known since 5th grade. I'm in 9th now. I'm going with him another guy and 2ish other girls. Ive heard that he wants to make out with me. Ive never made out before and im kind of confused. I know how its done but I don't at the same time. Any techniques or advice from anyone?

ok so me and this girl have been friends for ever!
and every guy i ever liked well she got and i was left with no one ok so i hooked up with this guy and i was really liking him a lot!like i really like him! ok so today i was talking ot my friend and my friend comes up to me and was like hi babe and im like hey and shes like i got a bf and im like who and she said his name!!!!!!!!!!! i was so upset i got home and cried so its like a couple weeks later and im friends with her again(sadly) ok so im like talking to her on my space and im like Dylan wont answer his fone and shes like thats bc hes talking to me and sara im hooking them up and i was like Becca!and shes like oh i forgot you had a thing for him!

ok so im asking this for my sister she 10 years old and she is ultamently a tomboy and she has a very good singing voice and i sugested to my mom that she starts choir at school do you think that she would be interested in anything like that because she is very good at singing i dont think that she would make a career out of it i just think that its a chance to make new friends and just have some fun singing do you think that she would like somthing like that thank you so much to whoever answers this question you guys all rock PEACE OUT

this one girl at my school is horrible. she harrases other girls and she broke onto my screen name some how and pretended she was me. the police have been to her house once when she was in 5th grade but she always gets out of things and blames other people. everyone, even boys, are scared of her. how can I stop this girl?

ok well me and my boyfriend of 6months are gonna be hanging out at my house this sunday and my mom thinks that if we go up to my room like we used to before that we will do something even tho we havent really done anything she just worries alot so all we can do is really is watch tv but i dont want to do that for 7 hours and well she's always there along w/my 2 brothers and my sister.
im trying to think of something so its not as boring as last time.
its gonna feel like -30 outside and theres tons of snow so i dont think going outside is an option so ya
-i dont have many games sept maybe the boring ones like life, monopoly, and clue
ya not so much fun
