Loosing Weight

Okie, so heres the deal im 94lbs right now, a week ago i was 99lbs and my mom got really piss off at me for being 99lbs i WAS!! 90lbs and im not suppose to get ovr weigh past 90lbs, and im trying really hard to loose weight and im not sure how to do so,...and PLEASE do not write to me and say im under weight, cause i know, but i feel fat and stuff and all i need to know is how to loose weight, i excerise every day, run 4miles everyday i do pull ups push up abs workout everytime, it's jus im not loosing fast enough i wanna loose faster, i know there is a way because when i gain 3lbs i loose 5lbs, and i need to loose more to be 88-90lbs quick! sooo pleaseee help me. please and thank you

if you keep trying to lose weight you'll make your self sick and maby die. when your mom tell you to be lose more ponds just say i'm going to get sick is that what you want. see how she feels when you tell her that

aside form that, you know that muscle weighs more than fat, so really you have rigth know more muslce than fat and the ore you try to loose weight and excersize, really you will be gaining it because you will gain muscle

honey, you're probably going to give me a 1 rating on this but honestly, i know you don't want to hear it, but you need to gain weight! i weigh 130 pounds and i'm 5'6" and i'm a normal weight. the thing is, i had a friend who had bulimia and she thought she'd look better if she became like, 80 pounds. it sucked because she never got prettier, she ended up being so skinny that guys didn't even want to look at her. her self confidence just got worse when she thought she could make it better. trust me, you're fine and you could really damage your body by exercising so much! you're young, relax, enjoy eating and being healthy, not overly skinny. life's too short to obsess over something like a weight issue that you'll never have.



PS if your family's pissed off about how much you weigh, that's so ridiculous! i don't know your family but it's so wrong that they say that. you should realize how beautiful your body is the way it is. don't even let your family tell you that. they must be crazy to think badly of you for being so thin! just think about what i said, you're perfect the way you are no matter who, not even your family, says. maybe they're the ones that are insecure about themselves.
