Ms. versus Miss?

I work at a phone center through my college. We call Alumni and stuff.
Of course, there are the titles we address the Alumni by:
Mr.
Mrs.
Ms.
&
Miss
I got into a little debate with my co-worker tonight. He said that the title "Ms." was simply an abbreviation for "Miss." I was taught differently. I was taught that "Ms." is a title used for women who are older, single, or would prefer to be addressed as such. I always thought the title "Miss" was meant for younger, single women/girls. I have never heard of "Ms." and "Miss" meaning the same thing.

scared of relationships

For some reason I always freak out when it comes to the possibilty of a relationship with someone. I've never had a boyfriend.But whenever i like a guy, and if he happens to like me back, suddenly i just freak out. i start to feel nauseated and really, really uncomfortable, especially around the guy. and then i'm so scared that i end up pushing the guy away to avoid him asking me out, even though i still like him. the thought of being in a relationship with a guy always scares me...i'm always scared about how awkward it might be.but i don't know what to do, because i will still like the guy...and i end up scaring him off and then i'm left with nothing. one time i actually said yes when this guy asked me out...but i was SO anxiou...

i've noticed on some people's myspaces that there's a word, like FASHION for example, and the letters are all made out of pictures. like the FASHION one has pictures of models and like runways and stuff, not around the letter but it is the letter, instead of having like a colored font, ya know? now i've noticed that some people have their *names* like that, but with pictures of themselves. anybody have any idea how i could do it? please&thankyou[:

Loosing weight and such

I'm 16, I'm 150, and I think 5 feet tall. Yes I am short.
I want to lose 25, or better yet, 30 pounds by summer. Why? I absolutely love clothes. I love fashion. But sadly, there isn't a lot of clothes that I am fond of that look very flattering on flabby/chubby people. And it's really hard to find 'on sale' clothes that come in medium-extra large. I also want to lose face flab :D.
However, the difficulty lies in doing so.
I have a threadmill, however, I think it's really boring, even with music. I'd much rather do cardio on an elliptical and do weights at the gym, but the problem in that lies in the fact of persuading my parents! (any advice on doing so would be help alot)

Ok So... I have this friend. Her and I have been friends for like 5-6 years. The thing is...We were like a group of 6, then we narrowed down to a group of 3 for various reasons. I always knew I wasn't her best friend... but I thought that I was at least her next best friend. Can other people smell it?

so my dischage smells really bad. and i get a lot of it when im not on my period. it sucks its like having a sec. period. well i was wearing tampons with it but people said that was a bad idea. and i cant stand pads. and they dont work well with thongs. so i didnt wear anything today bc yesterday i had little discharge well today i could smell it really bad. can other people smell it? i heard that only you can unless your really close to other people. something with the body. like you smell it because the body knows its coming from it or something?

Nuva Ring

i'm 16/f. the Nuva Ring is my first form of birth control that i'm trying. i just put it in on February 7. the info about it saysu should use some other form of birth control during the first week. of course i didn't do that. within the first 5 days, my b/f and i had sex and he "came" inside me. we had sex on Valentine's Day, of course, and then on Saturday night. on saturday night, he "came" inside me and when he was finished, he noticed the Nuva Ring was around his penis. is there a chance that i could be pregnant? my friend said no but i'm not sure.
it seems to me that my boobs are a lil bigger but that could just be me.

okay so i have been having alot of health problems latley, and i wanna no what is wrong with me to finally get treatment anf be done with it. so i was looking up the symptoms of diabetes, because my dad thinks it could be a possibility that i have it. so i looked up the symptoms of it and i have practically all of them. here are the symptoms i have:
Frequent trips to the bathroom
Unquenchable Thirst
Weakness
Fatigue
Tingling and nubmness in my hands
Blurred vision
Dry and itchy skin
Taking a long time to heal from a cut
okay those are all of the symproms that i have and the only other symptom that i dont have is losing weight without trying, but it says that that is only for typ...

i have friends who don't act like they are really my friends for example one girl told some other people her "secret" then one girl is telling me she is like i can't tell anyone. it's like they don't trust me, i am boring or i wera a scarf for religious reasons,my sis has friends who trust her and she doesn't wear her scarf i had the same problem with me in my last school even though i didn't wear a scarf.I can't also seem to make any friends because i don't hv any thing to talk about and i am kind of shy!
