Pattern for really short shorts

I am making this really cute outfit so i can wear it for my boyfriend when he comes home on leave. I need a pattern for shorts this short. This is what the outfit looks like: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

To me it is Navy Blue on the whole shorts, except on the sides, there is a red stripe. Then have a black belt. The stripe should be about 1-2 inches thick, i think? And the shorts should be bootyshorts. Hope i helped! xoxo
