Okay, so when I was 8 I was raped and I kind of blocked it out of my head, but now I am very paranoid when someone touches me, especialy guys. I'm 15 and I've never done ANYTHING or had a boyfriend, because I have too many anxieties.
But one of my friends, who is a guy, he is the only one I have ever told about the rape, because he asked me why I don't do stuff with guys, and so I told him. He offered to do stuff with me, and I said okay, and now he is all worked up about it and giving me all this advice on how to turn him on when the time comes for us to do things.
I'm extremely nervous and I don't know why, because I am afraid it will be awkward since we were friends and stuff.

i bite my nails everday and i have been for alot of years. My nails never look like a girls should, unless i get a manicure. Instead of getting hangnails, right by my cuticles just bleeds and always looks all bloody even though they arent really bleeding. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to get them away in about 3 days and make my nails look like a girls should... besides getting a manicure. Thanks

Water diet question

Hi im on the nutrisystem diet and it requires
8,8 oz glasses of water a day
I was wondering,can i drink all of it at once or should i spread it through out the day or can i drink 3 servings at once..or does it have to be all 8 glasses seperate ?

I have type 2 diabetes and i admit and accept this...i think... i was diagnosed july2006 and i still eat like im not supposed to and i dont check my blood nearly as much as im supposed to...i am supposed to be on medication "metformin" and i never take it.
im not doing any better and i avoid my doctor so that i dont have to lie and tell them that i take my meds when i dont i think its because i dont want to act sick or be sick like i know i have it and i know its there and its not going away unless i do somthing about it but i cant seem to bring myself to commit to getting better its gotten to the point where i know when my sugars are really really high, i can feel it...my boyfriend and i are very overweight and i wasnt ov...

this is kind of an akward question
but i always have this fear that i smell
like, at the end of the day, i sweat alot. sure, i wear deodarant, but i feel like it doesn't work.
and then, its like i'm constantly discharging, because if i don't wear a pad, my "fly" area smells like pee.
what should i do to avoid smelling?

I feel really depressed about stuff I don't like and thinking about the future . . .
I'm a really hyper happy person who makes you smile and such but when I get home, I'm depressed

Self Esteem

I wrote earlier that my boyfriend and I recently broke up and that we were still good friends but I couldn't handle it very well.
The thing that is upseting me the most is that I know what I need to change in order to make this better but I don't know how to change it.
I know he misses me but I always have this feeling in the back of my head that he doesn't just because he isn't at home all the time mopping like me.
I feel like I want him to be miserable and that would make me feel better. i feel so bad for thinking this though because it is so selfish.
I think I think he is not upset about this because I have such a low self esteem that I think he can't be missing a b*tch like me.

ok so i need some advice. im 16 and a junior, and a straight A student. two weeks ago i did very bad on my test and my grade dropped to an 82%. now, i would be happy with that grade because honestly i dont think you should be measured by the grades you get and i know im a good student and all. my dad however is sort of insane when it comes to grades. if he sees any grade lower than an A, he goes crazy and basically grounds me. no car, no friends, no life. seriously im getting really sick of it!!!! i have an 82, which is a B and a B is actually above average, but NO, its not good enough for him. idk what to do? seriously if i get a B on my report card for him its the end of the word. so what should i do? how shud i talk to him? There's this guy that I am seriously like in love with. It's just that every time I try and have a normal conversation with him, I either get really tongue-tied or end up saying something really stupid...
I'm afraid that now he probably thinks I'm an idiot because of some of the dumb things that I've said. I'm soooo nervous around him but I really want to go out with him so...what do I do???
