If you have Windows:
Right click on the desktop
Choose "Properties"
Go to "Settings"
And choose a different screen resolution.
The bigger numbers are what you want... ie: my screen is set on 1200 x 800 pixels.

EDIT: You should have specified that. Vista is not nearly as widely used as XP, the Windows operating systems before it, or even Mac systems. Your expectance of me to know what particular operating system you run is very cavalier and unnecessary.

right click on your main screen of the computer.
then click properties or personalize w/e type of computer you have.
now i can't really explain much, but around there it will say stuff like changing fonts and texture's. Or colors. there's a bunch of diffrent choices, but if you look good enough IT WILL be there to fix the size.
normally there's a defualt button you can press to make everything just go back to how it orginally was.

Right-click -> settings -> screen resolution.
Pick something bigger.

EDIT: Well, that little tidbit of information might have helped us.
