my diet.

Okay, so I started my diet on around Tuesday, and what I'm doing is cutting out unhealthy snacks and substituting them with like healthier ones. and now I'm also starting to run with my brother. I have a habit of going on diets and then stopping them as soon as I lose a few pounds but I want to do something that will keep me on track and ENJOYING the diet, not doing it because I need to and want to and because it seems like one extra chore.
what are some more good ways to lose weight healthy and affectively?
by the way I'm 15, 5'2 and around 180 pounds (overweight for my height) so this diet needs to work.

okay so i've had my belly pierced for about 3 weeks and all and i have a real belly ring in it..some people use ear rings but no way....
well i have a question..is there anything else you could use besides peroxid and vaseline? i know that alcohol dries everything up way to much...but what about just using vitamin E???

Does anyone remember the america's next top model (i'm guessing its cycle 3, but i have no clue. tyra's hair was red,medium length, and volumous.hahha, if that helps)

where that girl Cassie was bulemic? And, she had those low-carb brownies; (someone wrote in them, clean your s$%#$^~it was a "big deal")

ill be 15 in a week and im with this guy and im kinda prude. i dont really no how to not be prude like i just feel akward soometimes when he like feels me up and stuff. and his friend asked me today why i went to his house last nite and no one was there and we didnt do n e thing then he called me prude. i feel so akward now. and idk what he ment by doing nothing but we couldnt have sex or n e thing cuz im on my period but he doesnt no that. ahhhhh this suckss. i would appricate some advicee =]

for a very long time nothing boy wise was going my way i would start talking to a boy then as soon as i started liking him something would happen and we would stop talking like that well last weekend i was hanging at my friends cousins house and we really clicked and we kissed so i thought that things were finally working out for me but he hasnt called. i honestly dont know what else to do. i feel like theres something wrong with me but i dont know what to think anymore. any comments/advice>!>

ok well i went over this boys house last weekend and we ended up making out and you knpow just messin around. well things really clicked we had hung out once before but that was the first time we had done somthing. so hes my best friends cousin and shes fine with everything but he said he would call but never did. he has basketball and i know hes busy but i mean he could have called what do you guys think?.

Virus?

Sometimes when I am on a website, let's use this one, for example, and I click on a link, such as "View Questions" or "Your Advice Column," etc, down at the bottom of the window it will say transferring date from hyip.com or obeus.com, websites that have nothing to do with the website I'm on. The link that I click appears right away however, and after its done doing its random website stuff, it will say "Done."
Also, sometimes, all my internet windows will randomly close without warning. But when I do click the Firefox symbol on my desktop, it will ask me if I want to restore my previous session.
What is this and what should I do?
I only use Mozilla Firefox by the way.

My boyfriend and I have been together for five months and up until now have had a very strong and loving relationship. Recently, we have started to have lots of arguments, primarily about the fact that I feel slightly sidelined by his busy lifestyle.
We have always been open with each other and make sure we talk about the problems we are having, and today I told him that I didn't see how we could continue like this, especially as things will get busier what with exams and the growing success of his musical career. His reply was that every single problem we have is entirely down to me.

i lov a girl n she loves me too. she was in a relation with a boy for an year then they broke up.she said that on the name of physical relationship she had only smooched him once. after 6 months since our relationship started i met with the boy and he claims to hav had sex with her,when i questioned her she admitted that he had touched her , but not below the belt. now should i belive her or not? is she telling the truth?

well im 17 and i like boys you can say im a little boy crazy and i have had boyfriends in the past but at my school there are alot of couples and i get all sad when i see cute couples walking in school when ever i see them hold hands i get sad whenever i see the couples kiss or play around i get all sad and i start to feel lonley i dont know what to do i mean im not ugly you know and im pretty nice... how do i get a boyfriend? if thats not the right think to do then what do i do to not feel lonley but still have a guy without him being my boyfriend and if then how do i just get my mind of boys???? :) any advice?
