Winter Blues

In the winter time I get really depressed. The winter is just so dreary and cold, and dark. However, in summer when its warm and bright outside, i feel really happy and energetic again. I think there's a condition for this, but i'm not sure what it's called. i live in new york, so if you live here too, you know how the weather is in the winter. do you know what i could do to stop feeling so depressed in the winter? i heard something about light exposure therapy, maybe you can explain that. thanks

okay so
this guy (not my boyfriend...though we act like we're going out) when we're together...well we're all over each other. like ill sit in his lap and he'll have his arms around me...we tease each other and talk to each other in baby voices...hold each others hands everywhere, lean our heads on each other, rub eachothers legs, give each other massages, kiss... yada yada.
and im sooooooo happy.

okay so i have a 1 gig ipod that i have had for about a year. and i dont know whats wrong with it but everytime i pick an artist to play a song it goes back to the menu it doesnt want to play anything. i have tried everything. i dont have money to get it fixed, has this ever happened to your ipod?. whats wrong? and i already plugged it in the computer restared it and restarted the setting but i dont whats wrong HELP!

I'm 16, soon to be 17 in june, and I don't like tampons. Im scared that I'll get that TSS, and everytime I tried to wear one, it still bleed onto my panties, and i hate the feeling when taking them out. Is it normal or weird to like pads over tampons at my age?

Hello. Okay so I have been a previous customer to iTunes, but i don't remember the account or anything because it got deleted from my computer after it had crashed so i tried to get it back because i knew i was going to get a Laptop for school, but anyways so I don't even remember if i got it on and then deleted it or it had never worked but i always get this message after trying to download iTunes:
Error in writting file: C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.Resources.en.lproj\Apple TV Help.chm. Verify that you have access to that directory.
I have no idea what this means. I have contacted Apple and there was no help whatsoever. I have been waiting a long time for an email back and I don't get support over the phone. So wha...

Whenever I ask my mom for anything, it takes four hours for her to respond. Today I asked if she could give me a ride to the tanning salon; she didn't answer, she completely ignored me. I kept asking for hours until she answered and by that time I bugged her so much she was in a pissy mood.
I don't mean to bug her, but she never answers me directly. This happens all the time and when I tried to talk to her about it she, once again, got all pissed off and stopped talking to me. What should I do?

ok so i got my very first period in february
and im on my third period cycle right now, well i've had it for 4 or 5 days
well the first 2 times i got my period and it lasted for 10 days
so i just assumed that the cycle im on now would last for 10 days but today i woke and i had very little blood even though i slept gor 10 hours.
and there was no blood in the toilet and when i wiped it was brown sorta like discharge.
so am i getting off of it early?

Sorry that I probably spelled that incorrectly. Long story short, I think too much. If something good happens, I think about it so much that I can turn it into a bad thing, and I think about bad things so much it eats me up inside and it's making me feel horrible, and not many people I know do this, or the ones that do, I'm not comfortable bearing it all to. I replay low moments in my life as long I have nothing way better to do.
