well my thighs aren't big, but i'd like them thinner. i was wondering if i was to work them out if the fat would just turn into muscle and they would only get tighter not thinner. can anyone help me out?

Yh i don't think surgery is the answer, but neither is straving or anything like that. If you exsercise then they will turn to muscle, but they will look tighter, and they will have the effect of looking thinner. I am quite small for my age (thin) but my thighs are big. I excericise them regularly and they do look smaller because they don't sagg, they're held up :D Hope this helps :D

Okay, so obviously don't get liposuction. I wouls reccomend doing more cardio-focused workouts to help reduce fat all over your body. That way, if you have excess fat on your thighs then it will be burned off with a cardio workout. When you do muscular strength workouts with your thighs, you are building muscles. Don't cut out muscle exercises completely, just focus on cardio. I'm no expert, but this is what lI would suggest. Hope I helped.
