well my thighs aren't big, but i'd like them thinner. i was wondering if i was to work them out if the fat would just turn into muscle and they would only get tighter not thinner. can anyone help me out?
vermillion26 answered Saturday April 5 2008, 7:39 pm: Okay, so obviously don't get liposuction. I wouls reccomend doing more cardio-focused workouts to help reduce fat all over your body. That way, if you have excess fat on your thighs then it will be burned off with a cardio workout. When you do muscular strength workouts with your thighs, you are building muscles.
