When you first start out it is usually heavier and lasts longer. Four or five days is pretty normal, so it is very possible that you are finishing youe period. I'd reccomend wearing a light pad for the day. Watch what happens when you finish your period over the next few cycles and that way you will know the signs your body gives when you are finishing. Remember, eveeryone is different so the signs of finishing your period may be different than those of your friends. Hope I helped. [ vermillion26's advice column | Ask vermillion26 A Question ]
Endivisual answered Saturday April 5 2008, 5:59 pm: when you have a period for the first time, it takes a looonngggg time to get it over with
but as you have it more and more, the days you have it will decrease to like....4 to 5 days or something. it's pretty different for different people but
you shouldn't worry. it's normal. i guess your days are decreasing, but, you do want to have a pad on still until you're definately sure it's all done. [ Endivisual's advice column | Ask Endivisual A Question ]
Rosie2000 answered Saturday April 5 2008, 3:57 pm: usually yes that means that your going to stop your period but sometimes when you first start it can be heavy and then really light like your going to stop then just kinda start up again. so you might be stopping, but you should watch what YOUR body does.
