Exercise Ideas

Okay so I really want to be a size 2 (or at most a 5) by New Years! I am a size 9 right now. The problem is I hurt my knee and I cant do a lot of exercises like running. I cant really do anything that requires heavy exercise on my knee. So my question is... what exercises will truly help me lose INCHES on my waist, thighs and stomach. Please give some good answers, not lame ones. THanks

so i am 5'2 and i was like 106 pounds before the summer. now i am 115 pounds and it keeps getting higher. ive been eating healthy latelty but its not helping!
how do i get back to how it was before??
is there any other explanation for this??

How to work out?

I go to the gym about 3x a week for an hour each time. I do about 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, and roam around for 30 minutes doing 20reps on random machines at random weights. Does anyone have any actual gym routines that have helped them tone up? (I don't want to pay for a trainer, I don't have that kind of money.)

I've recently cut out sodas and fast food, so I'm hoping for some results in the future. But I feel like I get no where whenever I go to the gym. Any advice is welcome. 17, female, 130lbs.

losing weight

5'2", 128-130lbs, 18

I'm in university, and I'm trying to find a time to exercise so I can lose some weight or avoid the freshmen 15.

I was wondering which is better to do: walking/jogging on a tread mill or walking/jogging outside at night. I don't think I can wake up to exercise. Besides that decision, it would be appreciated if someone could give me a decent amount of time that I should allocate for exercising.

i am 13 years old, i am 5'8 and i weigh 123 lbs. and i desperatley need help hiding not eating from my friends. i am not looking for some lecture, because trust me i've gotten many of them from friends. can someone just please tell me how i can hide it, dont waste your time lecturing me because i'm not going to listen. my mom notcied a bit that i'm not eating but my dad didnt notice anything, but one day i was talkin to my friend and she said "how come you dont eat, is there a reason?" and then i regret saying it, but i said "no, you know i am just anorexic because i feel like it". and now some of my other really close friends know and they think i am eating now but i dont know how much longer i can hide from them. they...

PLEASE READ THIS I NEED SOME HELP ON WHAT I SHOULD I DO!
so, i wanna loose around 30 pounds
and I have been going running for 3 weeks
I'm not noticing much of a diffrence in my body and i need help so i can loose weight faster.

I have been writing down what i eat and
i stretch run sometimes i do swimming laps in the poop and crunchs.
I don't understans all these calories carps sodium all that stuff and thats proble my problem but if any of you can share your experince looseing weight and how you did it and how todo it fast that would be wonderful thank you:)

how can you make your arms look bigger? mine are like stick thin, and honestly it loooks unhealthy. i've tried gaining weight many different ways; any kind of protein ive tried such as protein shakes and bars. nothing works. i do bicep curls, doesnt seem to work either. is there anything i can do??

So the past 3 weeks I have been going running, and recently have been running A mile so since I'm on my 3rd week I thought I would have already been seeing results in my body but I feel like I look the same, I have been watching what i eat i stretch and do laps in the pool.
I don't understand why I feel like I'm not seeing any results any help why that is happening?

Ballet Lessons

Hi,
I am 17f. I have always loved ballet, but I have never had dance lessons.. and I was wondering if it is ever too late to try and learn ballet.?.. I know it (seems to be) one of the more complicated dances to learn. I have heard you should take lessons from someone who is trained so you can learn properly. I am willing to put all that I can into it if I could find a good studio near me in Canada and if it is an affordable cost. Are lessons really expensive? What do I need to know the most? and where do I begin?
Ballet is what I want to learn most <3 Please tell me all you know about this wonderful art!
