looseing weight!

PLEASE READ THIS I NEED SOME HELP ON WHAT I SHOULD I DO!
so, i wanna loose around 30 pounds
and I have been going running for 3 weeks
I'm not noticing much of a diffrence in my body and i need help so i can loose weight faster.

I have been writing down what i eat and
i stretch run sometimes i do swimming laps in the poop and crunchs.
I don't understans all these calories carps sodium all that stuff and thats proble my problem but if any of you can share your experince looseing weight and how you did it and how todo it fast that would be wonderful thank you:)

The reason you're not noticing a difference is because you're running. Running builds muscle & muscle weighs more than fat. There's your answer to why there is no difference in the way that your body looks.
