How much weight will i lose if i jog for 1 hour a day for a week?

Depends on your eating habits and other activities. You will probably only lose a couple of pounds. Possibly as much as 5, if this exercise is more than you usually do and you have started eating healthier.
You need to actually have consistent exercise habits and a healthy diet to lose weight. It doesn't even have to be as much as jogging an hour a day. 30 minutes every other day, including both cardio and strength exercises, will work wonders if done consistently. Including strength exercises will build muscle, which will raise your metabolism and help you lose weight faster.

probably 7-10 pounds because according to doctors a person loses only 1 pound a day if they are trying to.
