its summer and I want to get into shape..I have already started excercising but now I want to get my waist smaller and bring out my curves more...its there any special excercises I can do to bring them out f/15

well i used to cut and my parents dont know but i did stop. anyway i might have to go to the doctors and i have scars on my hips and i'm worried that the doctors will ask me about it and stuff. what do i do?? plus i dont want them telling my parents because it is my business not theirs. i dont have any open cuts or anything like i said i stopped but i have scars. and there is no good explanation on why i have scars on my hips lol. thanks so much :)

Terrible Stomach Pains

ok so like a week and a half ago my vagina itched but then after a couple days it went away so i thought i was fine. but now i have this horrible pain in my stomach and its really sore and sometimes feels like cramps but usually is just this terrible pain. ive had this pain for over 3 days now!! last night i used some medicine that cures yeast infections and i kno it wouldnt completely sure it the first night but it should have made the pain feel at least a little better but it still hurts really bad and now my back hurts too. i feel really sick and im so annoyed i cant figure out what this is. i looked online and i think it might be a urinary track infection but im not sure. can anyone tell me what it sounds like because it hurts a lot. i ...

But not because he doesn't like me, but because his mom grounded him for 3 months, and it'd be impossible to see him until august. & Theres also no way for him to get out of the house. Ear Infection?

Just a few days ago, I got my ears pierced. Im fourteen and I had them done when I was seven but they got infected.
I have really thick earlobes, hah. So that makes it difficult to clean my ears, but I try.
But my ears still hurt and I cant tell if theyre swollen or not, because my ears are just...thick! You know? And my brother said they look red but Im always red so its hard to tell.
How do you tell if your ears are infected, and can you make it go away without having to take out the earrings? Thanks so much!

Lately my boyfriend has been really busy, which is a huge 360, because I was always the busy one. Now, I'M the one who has nothing to do and always wants to hang out, but he's always working.
Then, when he has a day off, he'll call me and we make plans, but when that day finally comes, he's sleeping in. I understand he's tired, but I'm tired too. I'm tired of the false promises he's making me and I can only put up with so much.
I call him up while I'm upset and flustered (I'm only human and I have the right to be), then he'll say something on the lines of, "See, this is why I don't want to hang out with you, because this is how you act."

mosquito bites

are there any ways to make mosquito bites go away faster? or to at least make the swelling go down.
another thing too, i always end up getting scars from the bites. i don't scratch them and they don't scab, but when they go away i end up with a dark spot where the bite used to be. why does that happen?

i have some dark hairs all over my stomach and lower back. not extremely noticeable, but wearing a bikini can make it somewhat easy to see..especially in the light. it really bothers me and makes me self conscience. what should i do to get rid of it/lighten it? any kits to buy? somethinggg?! i dont wanna spend a lot of money..im just not sure if shaving or waxing is the way to go since it will grow back faster and thicker. thanks a bunch!

I got my period almost a YEAR AGO! But i can't seem to tell my mom about it! Shes always really weird about this stuff, almost as if shes mad about it. When i first started shaving, i didn't tell my mom (just like all my friends) then she found out and like started yelling at me! She said stuff like "why didn't you tell me, your to young to need to do that." Then she told my grandmother when we were walking down the street by wispering it to her. I heard because she said it kind of loud. So when i got my period it thought she is going to tell my grandmother, and oh shes going to keep talking to me about it just like she did with the shaving thing. So now every time i get it, i work up the courage to tell her and then i can't. So how do i tell her????????????

Hi...let me just start out by saying im a 16/male...I guess ill just go ahead and start babbling now...
I decided, until recently, to be out of the dating game. Recently I've been going out with a girl that I'm absolutely crazy for and she's my first serious girl. I'm very glad that we're going out, but she's had boyfriends before me. I guess what I'm really getting at is that she's kissed before, and I of course, having not been dating, have not. We had our first kiss already but I don't know whether or not I did a very good job. I'm pretty sure it was decent, but of course I wouldn't know. I guess I just want to know if it will make it odd with her after a pretty awkward kiss, though I know she wanted me to kiss her...
