Arch

Question Posted Thursday June 12 2008, 1:40 am

So I want arches for my feet because they're pretty much flat and they look weird with ballet.

So, what can I do to improve my arch so they'll look pretty?

if your a ballerina, i totally understand your problem because i had the same one.

whenever you're sitting down or anything always work on pointing your toes and point as hard as possible. sit with your legs straight out in front of you [pike position] and have someone else push on your toes while you push through your point. and when your sitting on a chair or anything instead of putting your feet flat on the floor point your toes and push your toes against the floor, so your forcing an arch.

Good luck and i hope everything works out for you :)
