Freckles and Moles

What is the difference between freckles and moles? Im confused because my dad said moles are raised, but in a magazine they should a healthy mole that didnt appear to be raised.

im just starting to grow breasts and im starting to get pubic hair. 2 days ago i felt something wet in my underwear so i went to the bathroom and it was this white stuff. its really starting to annoy me because it wont stop leaking. its sort of stopped now but is this normal?

Geographic Tounge

i have a tongue condition called geographic tounge and its pretty bad because i get painful red patches in my mouth and sometimes i'm very self concious of it.
so tommorow i'm prob going to the movies with this guy and hes probably going to try to makeout with me. i'm scared his tounge is going to feel one of the patches and get freaked out so i've been trying to do EVERYTHING i can to shrink them and make them go away by tommorow.
PLEASE ANSWER IF ANYONE KNOWS ANY HOME TREATMENTS

If one significantly increases their daily intake of proteins while regularly doing Pilates 5 times a week, will they gain muscle mass? Or can you only gain muscle mass by doing bulk-muscle exercises like lifting weights?

I have been thinking about becoming vegetarian for a while now.
But I've been wondering..
If you're vegetarian, does it mean that you can't have like soups that have meat flavoring?

Teeth Whitening

I brush my teeth everyday and try to hard to keep them white. I've used trays and whitening toothpaste. I wanted to know of something you have personally used that had good results. I don't want to spend a lot of money on something.

sleep in heat

In a couple of days I am going to Dominica, an island in the west indies for a month to do community service with a group of other high schoolers.
Apparently at night it is in the 80's and I am very worried about having trouble going to sleep, because sleeping in hot weather is so hard. all i'm going to have is a sheet, but does anyone have ideas on what i could bring or do at night so I won't be so hot?? I'm extremely worried that I will never be able to get to sleep!

Gum

This is a bit random but is it ok to chew gum? I dont mean instead of a meal but between meals and etc.
Im wondering because since they're sugar-free they have sucralose (sp) and aspartame in them. I have heard both good and bad things about those sweetners. Is it ok for your health to chew 1-2 pieces a day (like Orbit), they wont make you gain weight or anything?

okay, i have a wart on my foot and it hurts really really bad. i have an appt. with a dermatologist in a month to get it removed..it was the closest time they had. my question is..is there anything i can do with it to make it not so painful now? and how will they remove it?

Is there any hair removal product, such as nair, I can use to remove my bikini line hair or maybe all of it? Im afraid to use Nair because I don't know if its made to remove pubic hair. Ive tried shaving and I really just don't like to do it because it hurts and then next day there are red bumps and small jagged hairs. Does anyone know of such a product?

So, a hymen is skin covering the entrance to your vagina, right?
Well, then how does menstrual blood get out if your hymen is still intact? Does it diffuse through it?
I always wondered about this. Sorry its kind of gross =/
