I don't know why, but my legs have a purple splotchy tingy colour to them, how can I fix this? I already have a bit of a tan, but it's not helping...

This past year, I was in an abusive relationship you could say. I liked him for some reason, and so my friend set us up. Well, nobody at my school approved and I couldn't understand why. Until...well, apparently he'd had a reputation for sexually abusing girlfriends. And I was next? Whenever we'd go anywhere, he'd sit way too close. Hold me way way uncomfortably tight. I'm trying to make a new hotmail account but after I put in all of my details etc. it says that there is an error on the site and to try again later. I have been trying for over a week now.
All my other email accounts are working fine but why cant i make a new one?
(I think its called Error 100 or something)

Well, to start I'm a guy, 17 years old, and just got out of a year and 2 month long relationship two months ago. Well about a month ago one of my best friends and I decided to hang out at the lake after dark. We were just talking (she had just gotten out of a very similar relationship) and we were just there for each other. Well we went back to her car and were still talking when she started saying she was un comfortable. So I offered to cuddle, and we did. well i like my best friend and i dont know what to do. i only like him a little but the thing is i really want him to like me. but i dont know if he even sees me as a possibility. what should i do? and how do i flirt with him but not make things weird because i dont want to make things weird between us and what if he doesnt like me? please help!! and what signs would give off if he was interested in me or at least saw me as a possibility? i will take all the advice i can get or any of these questions!! please help!!!!! :)

for the people who live in the north east, in new york. What is with the rain EVERY single day for the past month? im getting sick of this, what is going on with our weather?
this is really making me upset because i hate thunderstorms, and im always home alone during the week days from 645 am to about 7 in the evening or a little earlier, it depends. but what really upsets me is that i cant enjoy my summer outdoors tanning, i have to stay inside and watch TV. And i cant even go for a walk because i know at any second with this stupid retarded weather it can pour any second.

so me and my best friend have been best friends for almost two years. recently she's starting to diss me in front of people but act all nice to me when no one is around. so today we were talking about first impressions. And she was just saying to me how her facial expressions may seem rude but she's a nice person. She wanted me to agree with her but i didn't fully agree with her though. so i just nodded my head and stayed silent. so then she goes " Well if i'm not nice you're not either!!" do you think that's rude?! would you think a person is nice if they act rude around people but nice to you when no one is around? what should i do about her?! how should i tell her that she needs to stop?!

i like my friend kathys cousins .

my girlfriend has recently been spending alot more time with someone who is a friend both of us.she spends the night every saturday night and alot of the week with her.it wouldn't be a problem accept that she used to be lesbian and might be bisexual.she has made jokes about having sex with this friend but saw it upset me so she got really upset and started crying when i said something.we are both very intimate and to this day kiss,makeout,touch,etc. in front of this friend.she notices thigs like her underwear are showing,and if her breasts are unalighned.it really worries me,and i honestly have no idea what to think anymore.

Online Japanese Lessons?

I really want to learn Japanese, but there aren't any Japanese classes in my area. I searched on Yahoo! and found a pretty good-looking online course: http://www.yesjapan.com/ My question is, does that seem like it would effectively help me learn Japanese? There was a little tour of the curriculum, and it seemed like it would be fun and effective in teaching (without being so boring that I lose interest, as I've noticed in some other sites I've researched). Really, any opinions on the site are what I'm looking for- of course opinions from those who've actually used it would be fantastic, but I doubt there are many of those, so if you could just take a look at the tour and everything, that'd be awesome. Also, if you have another alternative ...

okay i need help . Im 13 years old and im a girl.
my mom has been drinking alot latley....
and its been makeing me angry because she
acts stupid and like an asswhole when she
does drink ... and she says stupid things
and i so i get mad and then she dosent remember
the next morning and she dosent talk to the family so i cant ethier. and i really dont know
how to deal with her when she is drunk ....

I'm 18/f and my best friend is 16/f. She is a very pretty girl. Perfect weight, shape for her age. But like every other girl in America she constantly sees the ads in magazines and on TV that say we have to be 'better', 'thinner' 'sexier'. I never thought she was into that garbage. But lately she's constantly rambling about how the models and the stars diet and work-out to have the perfect body, and I'm starting to worry about her. I've given her the "You don't have to look like that to be perfect" speech, but she just gets angry and stars listing off the things that are "wrong" with her own body (flabby thighs, un-sculpted abs etc.)
What can I tell her to snap her out of this?

Now I would like to know the main differences. They both clean themselves, They are both cordless. What is the BIG difference. Do you own either of them? What do you think of it? Is it worth it? Any opinions will be good. Thank you in advance!

Okay, is there anyone who has upgraded the enV to the enV²? If so, can you tell me what is really good about the upgraded phone and which one you would rather have?
- I currently have the LG chocolate [the newer virsion]
- I text a lot.
- I like loud phones.
- I take a lot of pictures on the phone because my camera is currently broken.
A few more questions:
- What are some positives about the upgraded phone, and some negatives?
- If its really worth the amount of money it is selling for online/in stores.
- Would you recommend it?
