German --> American size conversion help?

I am a women's dress size 4-6 usually. On the size charts I've seen, the smallest size I can find in Germany is a 34, which it says is an 8 in American sizes. Is that right? What would my German size be, do you think?

Easy way to say NO to a friend?

Hi,
I won't go into detail here, as If I do we'll be here all day :-(
Anyway, I have helped a friend who was in desparate need, financially and physically for over a year now, and it has nearly drained me of all my resources. I am so tired and worn out and also worried about my own finances. She claims she will still need my help for another two months and then should be able to get back on her feet and start paying me back. Which I just can't see how she will do that. I have tried to tell her NO, that I can't do this anymore, but I just can't say it, because honestly she has no one else.
yes I feel like I am being taken advantage of, but also she needs the help.

graphing calculator

i just bought a graphing calculator, it's a ti-83. i've never used one before, and i can't figure out how to go up to the previous calculations that i've done. on my old scientific calculator you just had to press the up arrow, and you could scroll through all the problems you have done. also, when i do a few problems and i keep them all on the screen & i try to use the arrow keys to move up and down between several lines, it doesn't let me. help please!

Comfortable clothes

It's summer now.
annd, I need some cute summer girl clothes.
It's really hard for me to find nice, cute, not tight fitting girls clothes, that I like.
Im extremely picky. annd, well. I suck at shopping.
Usually I wear boy clothes. orr, jeans and hoodies. BUT, it's way to hot to do so now.
so, i'm wondering if someone could recommened some clothes stores.
uhm, Price doesn't matter to me, really. so.
Also, when I do shop for girls stuff I like TNA :]. also, I was thinking of trying american eagle?

Whenever I plug in my new iPod Touch & open itunes,itunes freezes.Itunes works when my iPod isen't plugged in,though.
So how can I make itunes work when my ipod is plugged in?

I haven't really had a close guy friend before - I've had boyfriends but I was never their "friend" - if you get what I'm saying. I really want a guy friend that I can just talk to and stuff, but I'm really shy when I'm in public and I never know what to say when I talk to guys. and i don't know how to be myself around them. I know guys want to be around girls who are real, but i am so afriad of blowing my chances at a friendship that i forget to keep it real and i screw things up anyways. How can I keep things real? and how can i become friends with a guy? What kinds of things should I say to guys?

Okay so there WAS this guy. But then i realized that he is not the type of guy i want to be with because he was a jerk at some points. But i just realized this morning. And he is friends with my 12 year old brother. MY 12 YEAR OLD BROTHER MADE OUT WITH AN OLDER GIRL AT THE FAIR!! Im sorry but i think that this boy is a bad influence. My brother does not need to be doing things like this at such a young age...am i wrong for thinking this?? How would you feel??

so recently my boyfriend fingered me its the only thing possible i can think of that can cause this.. i dont know if its a uti but when i urine it hurts on the last few drops of pee not during urination, is this a uti? if it is are there ways i can cure it on my own... i heard cranberry juice...my family isnt really into medicines and stuff usually i use homeopathic things

im attending a fashion show tomorrow! and im having a fashion emergency! i have no idea what kind of eyeshadow makeup to wear! i have really small eyes, but not super small, asian eyes, and i really don't like red, it makes my eyes look all poofy.
i wanna do the smokey eye effect, but i don't think it'll look good.
here are the temporary eye shadow colors i have;
gold, purple, black, grey, blackish grey, shimmer white and thats it.
so i wanna make use of what i have.
i really wanna do the smokey eye but im really doubt-ish about it.
any suggestions?

I'm f/14.
I've had my boyfriend for 5 months, and I really don't like him as much as I did at first. He seems to be pretty in love with me, though. I feel bad because I don't return the feeling.
A few weeks ago I went to this camp and met a guy I really like. I think about him all the time. He lives in a completely different state, but I email him every day.
Now I'm seriously considering breaking up with my boyfriend, but I don't know how or what to say. (It will be my first time breaking up with someone.) I'm nervous to tell him about the guy from camp because he might get the impression that I was cheating.
Any suggestions on what to do????

birth control

I have been on the birth control lutera for about 5 months now. Everything is fine but I always find myself forgetting to take it at the right time. My gyno said that if I miss one, it doesn't matter just take two the next day. I have never missed two in a row; but I have made it a habit of missing one day, then taking two the next.
my question is, if I have been taking two every other day (for the most part), is the pill still effective?
I'm asking this because I got my period a week early, and that isn't suppose to happen when you're on bith control I thought...

i asked this question on another site, i just need more peoples opinions with what might be going on
so, i have always had a regular period, every 23 days i have my period.. i had unprotected sex on the 22 day and so i was suppose to get my period the next day(monday) and i still haven't gotten it..and people have told me you cant get pregnant a couple days before you get your period because your not ovulating, so my question is can sex cause changes in your cycle.. i also have been having sex for over a year and its never changed before.. but maybe it has now?
( we did use a condom but it broke)
