well y did yall break up? if it was because of him then u shud just try and get ovr it by seeing someone els. if it was because of you, then you shod really talk to him abt it. bc chances r, hes still got feeling for you too. let both him and you give urself a chance to do something abt the reason yall broke up. if you solve the reason, evrything after that comes very easily.

Stop talking to him.
Stop talking about him.
Tell your friends not to mention his name.
Everyday just wake up and keep yourself busy.
It's not an easy process getting over someone..
and sometimes you never do.. :(
but it becomes easier and easier to live without that person if you dont focus everything upon the fact theyre gone..

Hun, I know exactly how I feel. About a year ago, my ex broke up with me too! It hurt for a really long time, and even after other relationships, I would find myself still thinking about him. I think what you really need is closure. You can talk to him about your relationship if that is what you feel you need. Or, you can talk to your friends. They know how you are feeling too.

To get my ex from my mind, I wrote notes. I dont think I ever gave him any, but it helped to get all my thoughts out on paper.

I promise you, that one day you will meet someone who will love you forever, and you will love him so much more than you can even comprehend right now! Someone as faithful and caring as you, deserves someone the same in return. You can get over this hun!

I totally recomend romance movies. They made me feel so much better :D that is pretty dorky of me, but it helps to see those amazing guys in the movies that these wonderful women like you get to fall in love with! Also, try going out to parties and meeting new people. You can even treat these a little like a game. The more relationships you develop, the more fun you will have :D

Being single and in love is hard. You can feel lonely and scared, but you also have a great oppertunity to grow. You will feel so much better in time. If you are patient, you will be rewarded.

A year ago, I never thought I would get over my ex, but for the first time,I am so in love, and so happy. I know you can be too!

I would love to hear updates! You sound so sweet, and I know you will meet your match eventually!
