It isn't convenient for me to go to the gym & I am having trouble sticking to a workout routine. I thought maybe it would be easier to stick to a video guide? Looking for suggestions. Workouts that don't exceed around 30 minutes? Is that possible?

I was 2 when I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome type 3. (Hyper mobility) So that involved 4 surgeries.. Two failed, and a lot of physical pain over the years.
I have a tote full of braces, and my knee mostly subluxes, even though my shoulder wrists and hips do occasionally.
I'm 15 now, and all my life I've wanted to do sports. For therapy I rode horses, and swam. I can jog, sometimes run... But I want to know what sports I can do without killing myself. I can't join a school team (1. I'm home schooled again 2. I would fail the physical because of EDS.) I can do things with my knee brace, but I just have to be careful.. I want to know what other sports would be good for me??

What is a good activity for a female who wants to increase body awareness and have better fluidity, particularly in the hips and buttocks? Maybe a form of movement like, tai chi or some kind of dance? Yoga seems to work, but is there a specific type that facilitates having more rounded, feminine movement?

Everytime I eat, I get really bloated. Does not matter what type of food it is (salty or not), my stomach grows 5 times the size it normally is after I eat any meal (big or small). It really looks like I am 8 months pregnant after I eat. I was wondering if there is anything I could do to help and prevent this from happening. It is such an inconvenience because, even if I eat just one banana, I will be bloated. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Hello! So i have a normal sized jiggly butt. I have seen a lot of women who do squats and get bigger, more toned butts. I decided to do lunges and squats but then realized that if the muscle builds up the fat that makes my butt jiggly will go away and my butt will be hard. My problem is that i like my butt's ''jiggliness'' and don't want to it to go away. However, I also want my butt to become a little bit more toned (without surgeries, creams etc.). Do you have an advice? Is there an exercise that won't burn the fat that makes my butt jiggly and will lift my butt?

Hi. I'm a 14 year old female, and I weigh 110 pounds. I think I'm somewhere between 5'2 and 5'5.
I was overweight as a kid and was bullied for it. Therefore, I started counting calories in 6th grade and dropped pounds drastically. That was in December 2011, and I still do it. I just think I'm so fat. I have a huge stomach, I literally look 6 months pregnant. Adults say I have a disorted self image, but I just feel bigger than everyone else.
Anyway, I make sure I don't go over 1,000 calories a day. I know there's health risks and all that, but I just can't stop. I don't want to, honestly.
I recently have been eating too much. I eat about 800-900 calories a day, and I hate myself for that. I eat...

hi.i used to go to the gym 4/7 and do two hour workouts and was really dedicated but with summer i travelled and missed a lot and then i started school and had a lot of things on my mind and i got lazy and i havent been to the gym since August :/ i feel awful,like the biggest loser and i am really embarassed to go back there and show my face to my trainor,but i want to go back there,i know its stupid but im scared,i feel embarassed,what should i do? please give me an advice..thank you.

Hello there,
I have been having trouble with my weight lately. I'm 14, I'm a female, 5'3, and I think I might be 125 or so. I'm not quite sure. Well, my mom and my best friend say that I'm skinny, but I just think they're trying to make me feel better. I absolutely hate the way I look, and I need a solution.
I barely ever go outside due to my severe depression. I do little exercise, like Jumping Jacks, Kick Ups, all of that. I eat healthy.
However, I recently have been starting to starve myself. I know, it's bad, but I want to lose weight SO bad. I feel like I'm obese and a pig and just gross. I was bullied a lot for being heavy when I was younger, causing me to lose weight.

Hello, there. For the past two weeks or so, I've been wanting to change my weight and health. My problem areas are my stomach and face. I do some light exercise inside aswell, here's an example of what I do daily:
300 jumping jacks, 120 lunges, 100 sit ups, 120 squats, 400 kick ups, and maybe some more if I feel like it.
Here is an example of what I eat daily:
For breakfast, I make a yogurt parfait (Low fat greek yogurt, granola, strawberries, banana). For lunch, I may have a vegetarian bean burrito (Checked the nutrition aswell). For dinner, maybe a vegetarian hotdog or something along those lines. I don't have many food options because I'm not sure what to have. Fo...

Okay so I'm fourteen, 5'3 (or 5'2 or 5'4.. Not sure), and I weigh between 120 to 130 pounds.
So I was overweight in elementary school. Is it possible to still have that fat? I'm in ninth grade. I lost weight from eating healthily in sixth and seventh grade, but I may have gained some pounds. I'm not happy with all the fat on my stomach and face.
