How do I excercise and gain muscle without losing my jiggly butt? Hello! So i have a normal sized jiggly butt. I have seen a lot of women who do squats and get bigger, more toned butts. I decided to do lunges and squats but then realized that if the muscle builds up the fat that makes my butt jiggly will go away and my butt will be hard. My problem is that i like my butt's ''jiggliness'' and don't want to it to go away. However, I also want my butt to become a little bit more toned (without surgeries, creams etc.). Do you have an advice? Is there an exercise that won't burn the fat that makes my butt jiggly and will lift my butt?
