How does a mother get back custody of her children?

My boyfriends mother had a drug problem years ago and shes clean and wants her kids back. She has a house and has living space for them. How and what does she have to do to get them back? She is a very nice lady she loves her kids. Her ex-boyfriend sister takes care of them and doesnt really want to give her nieces and nephew up. So what can my boyfriend mom do? ps He is 15 his sisters are 12 and 7 They want to be with their mother!

Norwegian forest cat and lovebrid

My guy has a norwegian forest cat and I would like to get a lovebird. His cat is very much to herself, she mostly hangs out and prowls around in curiosity. I am planning on getting a hanging cage, for when we are out of town or at work, so there won't be a problem when we are not in the house. I have heard from many people that cats and birds can live together in harmony. I just wanted to know if any of you out there have cats and birds and how they are together. If you do what did you do to train them to get along together and what kind of situations do you run into. Does that cat saliva killing the bird apply to lovebirds too? Fill me in...thank you.

Theres this guy on my bus and he liked me the year before last ALOT.
Well today on the bus I was shocked when he compared our hand sizes and marveled over how small mine were, and then he held my hand like fingers laced. He held my hand for a minute, then let go, and kept doing that at random times. But he finally held on for the rest of the busride before we had to get off
and he gave me his aim and his cell phone number even though it got taken away.
I dunno if he likes me or not because hes pretty flirtatious but I soo hope he does but what do you think?

Comfort Inn (Clifton Hill Niagara Falls)

Hi, i would like to know if anyone has ever stayed at the comfort inn hotel (Clifton Hill) located in niagara falls. I would like to know what you would of rated your stay based on the service, room, etc! If you have not stayed at the location I am talking about but have stayed at a Comfort inn at a different location please let me know what you think anyways. Thnx!

Mustang Re-Paint

i recent purchased a body kit for my teal blue 95 mustang with boss sticker decals.
before i started calling places i figure i would ask my question here.
i want to paint it silver, get rid of the stickers, and replace them with black airbrush.
the whole car too, not just exterior, like door cracks, engine compartment, trunk, the whole deal.
i figured 8-9 thousand.
but i was wondering what difference there is as far paint, money, and overall quality as i go down in price.
hope i get some good detailed answers. if you answer you can count on being rated.

my laptop is about three years old.
it's a windows thing, designed for windows XP which it is currently running....

and that's all the technical information i can possibly figure out. i'm horribly inept with technology.
i am on my laptop a lot, maybe even 6 hours a day (not in succession). the point is it's used a lot.
ANYWAY.
the fan is on the bottom. and it makes this horrible noise like 24/7, it totally didn't use to. it used to be silent. it sounds like someone gargling battery acid. nothing is abstructing the vents. it also overhea...

Hi. I'm 18, and yes, I am an adult living at home with my parents.
I hate being here. My parents try and live for me. I know that while I live under their roof, rules apply, and that I need to respect the rules and my parents. But I think my mom's too controlling. I still have a curfew (usually around midnight. EVERY night). My mom insists on meeting every friend I make before she allows me out of the house with them, and I'm FORBIDDEN to go to dance clubs or even the hookah bar a lot of my friends chill (even though I don't smoke, and she knows that). Everytime we argue, she ends up screaming at me, and when she gets really mad, she'll take my bedroom door away. She has to know where I am at all times, and if I'm not doing ...

NCAA Football 2009 for XBOX.

My boyfriend just got an Xbox and NCAA football 09. We played it today a little. He's not really that great, he just knows the controls and obviously knows more than football than I do (like what play does what, what you're supposed to do on a third down, etc.). I've looked online for some basic instructions, but all I can find are cheats and that crap. I do know football well for a girl, but not for the video game, haha. I don't want to let him always beat me, just because I don't really know how to play! I'm sure that'll get old for him too after a while.
So I just want to know about the plays, general info about football, and just how to play the game better.

Choosing a Camcorder!

I need some help in finding a camcorder to film family, friends, and musical performances. I need plenty of memory and/ or space on a disk/tape (a couple of hours). I'd like the picture and sound quality to be decent, but I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, and I DEFINITELY don't want to plop $600 for a camera. I'd like to be able to download the video onto my Mac and edit it as well. Is there anyone who has a videocamera that they are satisfied with and they could suggest to me? Any help will be appreciated.
